The Underground Goldmine – You’ll learn the secrets to tapping into a lucrative niche market and making a killing. What will you learn in The Underground Goldmine? The “secret” here is understanding how this niche works and how to insert yourself right into the middle of the money that’s already flowing. And I’m gonna show you how to do this by recording every single mouse click and keyboard stroke I take to build this new “arm” of my business… So you can replicate exactly what I’m doing. You’ll see the exact traffic source I’m using (no, it’s not FB or Google)…
The exact ads I’m running… The exact landing pages I’m using… The exact emails I’m sending… And the exact products I’m promoting.
There’s literally NOTHING held back here.

Hello, moving my fiancé to Terre Haute. I can’t figure out how to set up sewage and trash services with the city of Terre haute on their website. Can anyone help me do this? I can’t find any links on there to set up new services. Thanks.

Polling /Refresh Timeouts
Hi, i'am querying various systems such as switches, servers, and UPS with my Zabbix server. After setting up the dashboard for the UPS, I noticed that the polling interval is not being followed as shown in the settings/templates. If you look at the output current, you can see a defined interval of 30 seconds, but it still doesn't execute after 5.27 minutes. This delay can even extend up to an hour. It only sporadically queries certain values.
Four servers that are queried via ILO SNMP also regularly experience issues where the host is apparently unreachable. This is clearly evident in the logs, but the cause is unknown to me. I have already increased all configurable pollers, but without success. All Systems are connected to Zabbix via SNMPv3.

2023.06.09 15:46 Dili8opk Anal With the Step Sister,Jay Bangher Penelope Woods,Bang Bros

Penelope Woods went for her daily shower / masturbation routine. She had a dildo with a suction cup which she attached to the glass shower. While she was soaping her pussy she was sucking the dildo. Then she slowly inserted it into her ass and started to bugger herself. Just like every day Jay Bangher sneaked up to the bathroom door and started to peep inside. His step sister was really hot. Unfortunately when she was about to orgasm she opened her eyes and saw Jay. She started to chase him. He pretended he wasn’t spying on her. Penelope had an idea. They could help each other. She wanted a real dick up her ass. Jay had a dick. It was a win win situation. He ate her ass, she sucked his dick. Then they buggered. Any position you can while fucking you can also do with anal. So they did. They fucked and sucked and fucked more until Jay s**t is sperm into her face."

2023.06.09 15:44 NecessaryFix7058 AITA for punishing my son with 300 chores

We have a chore chart, my three children have to 4 chores a day, they aren’t hard, like make you bed or sweep you carpet. If you get too them when you get home it takes usually 20 minutes in all. Every kid has different chores depending on age, can’t have the 7 year old take the kitchen trash out. It works really well overall and they can see there four chores each day for the month.
My son has been pawing of his chores to his youngest sister 12. So she basically has been doing 8 chores a day. My daughter came to me upset not understanding why I was giving his chores to her. I wasn’t she was lied to by him and since they usually do them when I am at work I didn’t notice.
So as a punishment since he had her due his chores for about a little over a month (36 days) He has to do 300 chores on top of his chores already. Since that basically the amount she has been doing for the time that month. He was not happy but really if he just does a ton of cleaning on the weekend it won’t be that horrible, and some chores overlap.
My husband hear about it and claims I am going overboard. That it is an upsetting amount. He tried to retract the punishment but I put my foot down. AITA is this too much

2023.06.09 15:44 Novemberx123 Not fulfilled in my relationship anymore?

My husband is 42. I’m 27. I met him in June 2021 when he was drinking everyday. On a whim, we got married 2 months later. Bad move. I realized he had an issue. After many fights, cops called, some physical abuse on his end..he found out he had liver disease On December 2022. He’s been sober ever since.
Relationship wise- I moved out in December 2022, it made me too anxious to be around him. Even now, I feel anxious. He’s very snappy at me. He can be laying down with his eyes closed, and the second the TV is too loud he whips his head at me and says very stern loud voice “Turn the tv down!”..while I’m looking for the remote, not even 5 seconds later, he scoffs at me and starts flipping stuff to find the remote.
It’s just like he’s ALWAYS aggravated. I’m a very shy, anxious person so being around that type of energy everyday is overwhelming to me. I know it’s just how he is, and I can sort of play around with it as in knowing how he will respond to me..i know if I ask him a simple question, that he will find the “negative context” in it and start getting mad at me. Weird things like that. I just don’t want to deal with it anymore.
The other day, after cuddling him and wondering why he never does the same to me, I asked him why in a very light sincere way. His always respond is “his stomach hurts” but that doesn’t stop him making me feel good in other ways, does it? I say “I just was wondering”. He snaps at me instantly “WELL IM WONDERING WHY insert an argument we had the day before that’s completely unrelated”. He always does that. Anytime I bring anything up bothering me, he immediately brings up something bothering him and nothing is resolved. I want to leave but I know he won’t understand WHY I’m leaving. What do I do? I know he’s dealing with his health, and is on the list to get a new liver..but it’s too hard on me to stay as his “Husband” any longer..I shouldn’t have to hurt myself to make someone else happy.

Laparoscopic vs. Open Surgeries: Weighing the Pros and Cons

https://preview.redd.it/jb0zueq1oz4b1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe85a130b566c3500bf57b664fd8a1b1d7b601f4
In the field of surgery, two commonly used techniques are laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. Both approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice between them depends on several factors including the patient's condition, the complexity of the procedure, and the surgeon's expertise. This article aims to compare laparoscopic procedures with open surgeries, discussing the pros and cons of each and appropriate patient selection for both.
Laparoscopic surgery, also known as minimally invasive surgery, involves making small incisions through which specialized instruments and a camera are inserted. The surgeon performs the procedure by viewing a magnified image of the surgical site on a monitor. On the other hand, open surgery involves making a larger incision to directly access the surgical site. Let's explore the advantages and disadvantages of each technique.
https://preview.redd.it/06dcizj2oz4b1.jpg?width=777&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e374a3ed1c64f3c13501ddc92357c4c63ac99fdc
One of the key advantages of laparoscopic surgery is the smaller incisions, resulting in less trauma to the body. This leads to reduced postoperative pain, shorter hospital stays, and faster recovery times compared to open surgery. Additionally, laparoscopic procedures often result in less scarring and a better cosmetic outcome, which is particularly important for patients concerned about their appearance.
Another benefit of laparoscopic surgery is the decreased risk of complications such as infections and hernias. The smaller incisions minimize the chances of wound infections and allow for a quicker return to normal activities. Moreover, laparoscopic procedures generally require less blood loss, reducing the need for transfusions.
https://preview.redd.it/lgtazga3oz4b1.jpg?width=777&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d23a708b2d2a05054b40c1c94271191a9eb1bd5b
However, laparoscopic surgery does have some drawbacks. It is technically demanding and requires specialized training for surgeons. The equipment used in laparoscopic procedures is expensive, which can increase the overall cost of the surgery. Additionally, certain complex and emergency cases may not be suitable for a laparoscopic approach, as it may be challenging to achieve optimal visualization and control.
In contrast, open surgery provides direct access to the surgical site, allowing surgeons to manipulate tissues more easily. This technique is often preferred for complex procedures that require extensive tissue dissection and reconstruction. Open surgery also allows the surgeon to manually palpate organs and detect abnormalities that may not be as easily identified in laparoscopic procedures.
Furthermore, open surgery provides better exposure and access to bleeding vessels, enabling effective hemostasis. This is particularly crucial in cases involving significant bleeding or when dealing with certain types of cancer where complete tumor removal is paramount.
https://preview.redd.it/l2qa8ks4oz4b1.jpg?width=777&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dd4738143aacb65008662cbd5ed36406993c93dd
Despite its advantages, open surgery has its own set of disadvantages. The larger incision results in more tissue trauma, leading to increased postoperative pain, longer hospital stays, and a slower recovery period. Additionally, the risk of wound infections and hernias is higher with open surgery due to the larger incision size.
Appropriate patient selection is crucial when deciding between laparoscopic and open surgeries. Laparoscopic procedures are generally preferred for conditions such as gallbladder removal, appendectomy, and certain types of hernia repair. Patients who are younger, have a lower body mass index, and do not have extensive scarring or previous abdominal surgeries are often good candidates for laparoscopic surgery.
https://preview.redd.it/oiq4coe5oz4b1.jpg?width=996&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd46e64fda27c11d1cac33ce9e0adf76fcd33699
Open surgery is typically chosen for complex cases, such as extensive cancer surgeries, organ transplants, or cases involving trauma. Patients with significant comorbidities, obesity, or extensive scarring are often better suited for open surgery, as it allows for better exposure and access to the surgical site.
https://preview.redd.it/9bpe36w5oz4b1.jpg?width=777&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ccaffb4e4ba895ff18ff39a2edadccec78f48831
In conclusion, while laparoscopic and open surgeries differ in their approaches and associated benefits and drawbacks, both techniques have their place in modern surgical practice. The choice between them depends on a multitude of factors, including the patient's condition, the complexity of the procedure, and the surgeon's expertise. Ultimately, the goal remains the same: to provide the safest and most effective surgical intervention for each individual patient.

2023.06.09 15:31 RegretAggressive6294 Let’s talk about Far off on YOTBR

I picked up the collectors edition when they had it for sale again on the official site to get that cool book and the making of DVD was really cool.
On the song, Far, Claudio plays the guitar solo with a power drill. It’s the coolest thing ever, as a guitarist. The guitar sounds like it’s being tortured and it’s screaming. Then when he finishes the final note it sounds like he’s shooting a laser beam out of the guitar. It’s awesome stuff.
The drums in that song were also built using pots, pans, and trash can type stuff. Very cool experimental song from Coheed. I feel this song and the whole album is often overlooked. You can def tell it’s a transitional period for the band and it came out really interesting.

2023.06.09 15:20 thestocksking Cash is taking back its throne

Cash was trash for the past fifteen years, but since the Fed started raising interest rates, the what used to be called king is taking back its throne. Cash is King now and will be for as long as the rates remain high. When rates were zero or close to it, holding cash was basically a way to lose money. Why? Simply because inflation was eating away some of its value. This has changed recently when the Fed started raising interest rates. Now rates are high enough that keeping cash is generating income and beating inflation in some cases. Someone can easily get 4.5% interest on their money these days by keeping their money in a saving or a CD account at the bank. This change will have a huge impact on stocks and the stock market going forward.
When rates were zero or near zero money moved to stocks as it made more sense to invest than keeping the money in the bank and get no interest. This is no longer the case. Money has started moving away from stocks and into savings, CD accounts and anywhere that you are guaranteed a nice return. You can see this in Tech stocks. During the past two years many tech companies have lost half of their values at least. I expect more of this to continue for the next few years. Someone must be very careful and very selective when it comes to investing in the stock market during this period.
Amazon will not hit the skies, neither will TSLA, specially in this interest rates environment. Be very careful where to invest your money for the long term if you decide to be in the market. Having cash these days might not be a bad idea.
As I previously stated in other posts I continue to like the energy and banking sectors for the near and medium terms given that rates will remain at current levels, stabilize and not go even higher. I believe these sectors will be winners for the next few years in this environment.
I will publish some of the stocks I have been buying in future posts. Join my channel @ StocksAvenue to learn more about my moves and what I think is worth buying.

2023.06.09 15:18 Riouk262 Looking for specific Jimmy Buffett song

Song is about a man lamenting two notable pastors, I can’t recall the first name but the second is Jimmy Baker. Lyrics I can recall, “insert first pastor name and Jimmy Baker, you will one day meet your maker” and “So I’m going to drink the rum, gonna chase boom boom, and raise a little hell.” And, “if preacher man can do it, tell me why can’t I”
I’ve searched those lyrics I recall to no avail, I appreciate the assist Reddit!

2023.06.09 15:16 lovergirl2920 My “light housework” daily checklist

This is printed out and taped to the refrigerator so I don’t forget :). This is what is expected of me DAILY on top of taking care of her 7 month old and occasionally the toddler. I work Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and make $1200. Please tell me this is not a fair trade because I feel crazy. 60 hours a week divided by 1200 is $20 an hour and I feel like I am doing double the amount I should be.

2023.06.09 15:13 TheInternationale Surgery 6/7 - Post Op Update!

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes on my previous post the day before surgery. Meant a lot to me! Many of you asked for an update so I shall oblige!
My surgery was scheduled 6/7 at 10am. I got checked in around 8am. It finally hit me that it was really happening when the surgeon came in to greet me before they pulled me in the operating room. I won’t lie I broke down and cried. Everyone was really encouraging. The doctor was impressed by how much weight I lost on my 3 week pre-op diet. They wheeled me in, knocked me out, and I woke up in general recovery.
I can NOT understate the gas pain upon waking up. I had read about it, heard it’s bad, etc. But it was way worse than I had imagined. I have a relatively low-moderate pain tolerance. They got me on IV meds very quickly once I woke up. That pain was no joke. Nurse wheeled me up to my personal recovery room where my wife was waiting. I was so glad to have someone with me. The first 24 hours were rough, and all gas pain for me. They told me walking would help with the gas pain and that’s all I had to hear. I started walking. Was really slow at first but felt good to move around. Was pretty hard for me to sleep since I use a BIPAP machine. I had to sleep laying on my back and when I normally do that I tend to swallow air, so I was paranoid I’d be making the gas pain worse (didn’t end up happening). I slept maybe 1.5 hours. I got up, walked half a mile, slept another 2 hours, got up and walked another half mile. Went back to sleep. The nurses never got on to me about walking because I was pretty self motivated. (Lessons learned, I’m passing gas now at home, and it’s not the distance that you walk, but the FREQUENCY. You do NOT need to walk as far as I did, I think I would’ve passed gas if I got up more regularly and walked a short distance much more often). I vomited twice on day 1. I’m not entirely sure why. I was sipping the Gatorade they provided, was feeling fine, talking with my wife and mother, then suddenly my mouth would fill with spit. From reading stuff on this forum I knew what was coming next. I grabbed the trash can and threw up. Nothing really came out since I was only drinking small amounts of Gatorade, so mostly dry heaving. Happened twice as I mentioned, just out of nowhere. Never threw up again.
The next day I woke up mega sore from all the walking. The pain on day 2 for me was less gas pain, more soreness both in my stomach area and in my legs. Day 2 I focused on liquids. Doctor came and visited in the morning, decided I could be discharged that evening around 6pm. I focused on drinking because I didn’t want to be readmitted later for dehydration. 1oz every 15 minutes. All day. Walked occasionally, took some much needed naps. Had a small fart which everyone cheered about hahaha. Got discharged.
Day 3 has been much easier. Being at home is much easier. I slept for about 6 hours broken up in 2 hour segments. I woke up, drank fluids, walked around our apartment, went back to sleep. Walking with this frequency has me burping occasionally so the gas pains are subsiding. Still very sore but overall things feel manageable. Haven’t had anything but Gatorade zero, so I’m going to introduce some protein shakes today. Gonna call my doctor because the pain meds are supposed to cause constipation, so going to ask if I should start colace or milk of magnesia now in anticipation. But everything’s good!! It gets better. First 24-48 hours are rough, but I promise it gets better. Today feels like I’m on my way.
I’ll give another update 1-2 weeks post op if anyone’s interested. Let me know!

2023.06.09 15:13 sparkle_sparkle_ Declaring a learning disability when applying to postings and for SEL testing

I was just wondering if is okay to declare a learning disability when applying to government jobs, if I do not have current paperwork to support it. I was diagnosed with dyslexia in 2nd grade but I have not had a formal assessment since that time. Is it still okay to declare? If not does anyone know what paperwork I would need to provide?
I am wondering the same thing for when I get to the point when I am ready for SEL testing. I can barely spell in English without help from spell check, and while I function pretty well in assessments for oral comprehension and reading, trying to write in French is a complete trash fire. I'm not sure how the test works, but can I ask to have spell check as an accommodation?

2023.06.09 15:11 roscoejenn Stop Rats burrowing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rats are burrowing around my patio concrete slab and my garden bed. I’ve tried using dry ice, poison pellets in the burrows, smoke bombs, bait stations around the perimeter. Unfortunately, they’re feeding off of the neighbors trash so I’ve called the city to help address that. I live behind a creek to they ample water supply. What can I do to stop them from Burrowing or make my yard less attractive?

2023.06.09 15:11 AdhesivenessRound929 How do I not compare myself to the new girl?

i’m really struggling with not comparing myself to the new girl. When we were together, my ex compared me to this girl we both knew. As in, I had a photo shoot, got my pics back (looking amazing), and showed them to him. His first reaction was, “omg you look like ‘insert new girls name’!!!!”. This didn’t sit well with me at the time (but I didn’t say anything), and it especially doesn’t sit right with me now that I know they’re dating. This new girl is so pretty, and she is even a pro dancer which means she’s in all these different movies, award shows, halftime shows. How can I compare to that?
He compared me to other woman constantly, and was constantly commenting on my weight and how I needed to gain some. The new girl looks like me, just with some of the weight he wanted.
I can’t seem to just let it go. Like he was just watching and waiting for her the whole time. I wish he never fucking compared me to her. It eats at me bc it’s like I KNEW the whole time. And now he does all these things for her he never did for me—he got her roses, went to plays. What does she have that I don’t? How can I just forget about the whole thing? Why do I care so much what he thinks, he was literally an abuser and isn’t even a catch. I tried to tell myself he was a POS and I only liked him bc I was attached to him, and then he goes and pulls the baddest b*tches. it’s so stupid but I just want him to get his fcking karma for what he put me through, but instead he just continues to get everything he wants.
