Maybe 5 years ago or so, I saw a YouTube video called something like "Memorable movie quotes" or "Greatest movie quotes of all time" or something like that.
It was a supercut of a lot of different movies. All of the "quotes" were just characters saying the title of the movie - "Welcome to Jurassic Park", "I'm Batman" etc. I've found similar supercuts but they're all titled along the lines of "Characters saying the movie title" which isn't that I'm looking for.
The humour came from the title of the video purporting to be famous quotes but the quotes just being movie titles.

Hi, I was the smelly kid in my school and I wanted to talk about this for people to not judge that kid or if you are your not alone. Simply I was neglected I in a house with an alcoholic father and a bipolar mother, it was like I was just there. They fought constantly so neither had time to show me basics of life, most importantly hygiene. When I was like 5 my mom never brushed my hair so it was knotted, my mom took me to supercuts and told my mom to just brush it well she never did. Also I thought showers were going into the shower with it running then get out no soap nothing. In school I was always called smelly by classmates because my house was also a horders house. Then kids would make fun of me cause I had rips in my pants. in middle school everyone made fun of me, in 7th grade it got real bad. i finally came out about my SA and they made me live with him, nobody belives me. in 7th grade due to that i was in deep depression i didn’t take care of myself at all. in 8th grade i devolped constant cleaning myself any time i got due to my past and im still like that i hate being dirty. so anyone, know this before judging them. and teachers don’t call out your students in class if they smell talk to them about it first please.

2023.05.29 09:06 XKlip Where/who/how exactly would I go to get advice on what hairstyle works for my specific facial and hair structure? I need an expert face to face talk.

I'll be upfront. I have never done anything even close to "styling" my hair in any specific way. When it gets too long I cut it, and that's it. I comb it in a tradition men's style and leave it be. I've never liked the way it looks, but never really did anything about it. As I type this It's been a good 5-6 months since I've last cut my hair. I have quite a lot work with right now but I lack any knowledge on what I should do, what would look good, etc. and it is time to do something.
Rather than just getting a generic haircut I want to try to do something with it, some cutting is totally fine if needed to achieve said look, but I don't even know what look I want to go for.
My question is where exactly do I go or how do I go about just having a one to one sit down conversation with a stylist that knows men's hair and can basically just pull out some pictures and tell me "Based on your current hair's form, depth, fullness, etc. We could do any of these styles/cuts and I think they'd look good with your facial structure" or something similar to this? I don't think walking into a supercuts (which is where I usually just get my haircut) is exactly what I do to get this sort of consultation? I just go there and they just cut my hair.
I really want to try something with my hair but I need to sit with someone that will walk me through options. Any specific place? or an specific tips on going about this would be great

And then I would like to add Tales of the Jedi Episode 5 “Practice Makes Perfect” into an already made Revenge of the Sith Supercut.

This is an appreciation post for the Neebs Gaming Crew.
I have been thinking about posting this for a while but I've been a little lost in how to put it into words.
Almost 9 months ago my fiancée died, we were fans of the YT channel and I posted a while back thanking the guys for the laughs when she was sick and we couldn't do much other than sit and watch due to her illness.
During that time they gave us a lot of joy and helped take our minds off of things, it was really appreciated. I've been a bit of a mess since her death as you can imagine, and my life has been turned upside down, but there is one constant and that is watching and re-watching Neebs Gaming videos each night.
I think I've watched both Subnautica supercuts 3 times, as well as 7days, Conan and Minecraft a number of times. I just love Neebs gaming because of the joy they brought me and my fiancée when we would watch together and for the joy and comfort they bring me now.
I've never met the guys but I feel like they are friends, I'm sure a lot of people here also think of them like this and I'm really happy to be a part of the Neebs community.
Like everyone here I was very saddened when I heard of Tony's passing and I hope the crew and everyone here who loved him is doing ok.
This post isn't a pity party for me and my loss, I just want to thank the gang for all they do.
