He eventually fell asleep while I went on his carpet floor and cried in silence. He didn’t see me I was next to the frame. I was ranting to my friends and they recommended me to get out of their . I had a flight 1 day later after that night and I was sooo angry I felt violated. I eventually bought a train ticket back home. When he woke up I had all my stuff packed.I left the house and he followed me . Once I closed the door he didn’t chase . I left crying badly .I stood in the lobby waiting for my Uber and I was crying badly.I texted him “this the last time I’ll ever speak to you again “ than he felt bad. I went to the train station. 49 min Uber and it was expensive. He kept calling when I was at the train station. I eventually picked up because I was nervous to go back home in a train .He said he would talk to me when I go back their. We started potty training this past Saturday. Did three days of being naked and she had no accidents and would run to the potty pee and poop. Tuesday my husband was home with her and did loose pants. It was accidents all day and he said she did not care about being wet. We are both back at work and my MIL watches her. She tried loose pants and then switch to loose underwear (my MIL will not do naked) and it was accidents again. She again did not care about being wet. My MIL had her help wash the pants thinking maybe that would give her a push, but nope. She had an accident as soon as she got home and got upset when I told her to try and finish peeing in the potty. Then even more upset about having to change.
I’m dreading the weekend and almost want to throw in the towel. I’ve talked to her about having the feeling to pee/poop which again she seemed to get when naked. Between her, cleaning my 18 year old dog’s accidents, and being 6 months pregnant it is exhausting. I thought she was ready because she would tell me about her wet diapers, hide to poop, and said she wants to wear chonies. But now I’m not so sure. I’ll take any tips or suggestions.

I’m a regional AeroPress 2nd place holder (losing against the three time current regional champion), and lost in the first round against our current national AeroPress champion in the national championship. When I’ve spoken about my experience it had some interest, so I thought it might be a good thing to write a little summary of my findings.
An AeroPress Championship is a competition in which you brew a coffee with an AeroPress, normally at the same time as two other competitors, which then normally three judges taste, without communicating with each other, and then choose the best-tasting one, by pointing to the winning cup. The name of the contestant is written under the cup, and switched places before the judges taste them, so there should be no way of knowing who’s cup is which.
There are three rules that must be observed:

You can’t use more than 18 grams of ground coffee.
You must present a coffee of at least 150ml.
You have to brew and present it within 5 minutes.

You can grind and heat your water before the timer starts. The beans for the competition will normally be ones from the organizers or sponsors of the competitions. They are the same for everyone. They will be made available for the participants 10 days before the competition, either for pick-up or by sending them to you. You’ll get one bag of 250 grams of beans, and another bag of the same size the day of the competition.
In those 10 days, you can experiment with the beans all you want. Keep in mind that if you use 18 grams of beans each time, you can only brew 13 cups, so be mindful of how you use the beans.
For me, the best strategy was first picking up a well-renowned good water for coffee in my country. You can try different waters and do a cupping first if you really want to nail the water first, but it takes a lot of effort (you have to brew each water independently), and I don’t think you get much out of it in the beginning.
From there use a well-known to you recipe that you normally use for the AeroPress. For me, it was the James Hoffman Method:

12g beans
200ml water
100º C water
2:00 shake, 2:30-3:00 press.

Now you have a baseline for what it tastes like, and you can experiment. The good thing is that all variables are defined and there is somewhat of a golden zone.
Water: You should look for a well-renowned water for being good for coffee in your country. Other than that, I know that Calcium, Magnesium, and alcalinity are important for coffee extraction, but not enough to tell you the exact proportions, sorry. You can go as deep on this as want. You can use a Britta or BWT Filter, you can buy water packets from specialty coffee vendors, or you can create your own with distilled water, and then calculate the quantities of sodium bicarbonate and magnesium sulfate you need to add to get the quality in the water that you want. This will give you very marginal gains in terms of taste, much much less than having a good recipe, so I’d say that unless you know what you are doing, at most buy a few easily available and well regarded waters, and with your recipe determined, try which one tastes best.
Temperature: Most recipes recommend brewing between 80º C to 100ºC, so try 3 brews changing only temperature, 90ºC, 80ºC, and 100ºC. I recommend trying with 90ºC first because it is more likely to being close to optimal, so you’ll have a decent reference to start from. The generally accepted wisdom is that darker roasted coffee is preferably brewed at a lower temperature, and lighter roasts at almost boiling temperatures. I’d say lately the lighter roasts being better at boiling points affirmation has been more in contention, especially with experimental fermentation coffee. In any case, taste is king.
Brew time: Most recipes start from at least 1 minute. Since you have a 5-minute time limit to make and serve the coffee, I would recommend not brewing more than for 4 minutes. Keep in mind that you’ll also have to prepare the AeroPress, pour the water, and cool down the coffee in that time. Technically the longer you brew it, the sweeter the coffee will be, but extraction can be sped up with stirring. Stirring is less likely to be consistent brew to brew so be wary of that, since you’ll be going round through round with the same recipe, and its a good thing to be consistent.
Grind size: Start with the grind size recommended for the AeroPress for your grinder, and go finer until you notice astringency (it dries out your mouth) and go one step coarser. That’ll be the perfect grind setting for you. They’ll most likely offer you a few different grinders during the competitions, but if you don’t know the perfect setting for your recipe on that grinder I would refrain from using them, even if they are much more sophisticated, because it’ll most likely produce different effects on your recipe. It has been said that grinding twice, first very coarse and then those ground beans to the final desired size may be beneficial, as it may be a way to reduce ultrafines and create a more even grind, and the current AeroPress World Champion has certainly done so, but I do not think that she won solely because of that.
Proportions of coffee and water: This is a difficult one. The AeroPress can hold at most about 300ml, and that would be pushing it. If you brew normally some of that will bypass the coffee without actually extracting much, which will the reduce the strength of the coffee compared to using the inverted method. This is not necessarily a bad thing just something to account for when trying recipes. Since you can use only 18g or less and the AeroPress can only hold about 300ml you have two upper limits here, which coincidentally makes for a somewhat golden zone ratio, as that would be 1 part of beans to 16 parts of water (also normally expressed as 1:16) You can manipulate it by using more water after brewing but it is a good reference to have. I’ve seen people go as low as 1:20 and as strong as 1:10. So that would be 10 grams and 20 grams of ground beans for 200ml of water, respectively. It has been said that bland coffees benefit from using stronger ratios, and flowery and experimentally processed coffees from milder concentrations to let the smells and taste develop, but I’d say it is very bean specific. Just determine it according to your own taste.
Filters: According to the official rules you can use any kind of filter as long as you use the normal filter cap from the AeroPress itself. You can use official paper filters from AeroPress itself, the fairly recently produced official metal Aeropress filter, or a cloth one if you want. I’ve also seen competitors using two paper filters at the same time, and Aesir filters, which are a premium type of filter said to provide more clarity.
Other considerations: Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that the judges will taste the coffee short after brewing it, so if it is still hot, it will not be judged favorably. I have an external thermometer so I’ve determined that the optimal serving temperature for me was 65ºC, which I managed to reach quickly by switching the coffee from mug to mug a few times to get it to cool down quickly, because the heat of the coffee will dissipate in the cold mug. Optimal drinking temperature has been said to be 60ºC, so I keep it a little higher because I don’t know how long the judges will take to cup the brewed coffee. Keep in mind that the judges will base their judgments of your coffee by sipping the coffee (loudly) from a spoon, much like cupping, so the whole brew won’t be judged as such, just those sips. Make sure you optimize taste for this, then.
While calibrating your recipe keep in mind to only change one variable at a time, and in order to do comparative tasting I would actually recommend using more than one AeroPress if you can to keep the brewed coffee temperatures similar at the same time.
On the day of the competition I’ve seen people spread out their beans to filter out defect beans which can improve flavor. I’ve also seen the Kruve and other sifters being used to filter out the ultrafines after grinding, as they have a tendency to overextract and taste bitter. If you have it and want to use it do so by all means, but otherwise I wouldn’t even entertain the thought.
Final thoughts: I would like to clearly state that I only wrote this out to put a method to my own process of optimizing a recipe for a specific bean as a learning process, and that the most important part of participating in an AeroPress competition is having fun, getting to know other people that have the same passion as you, make new friends and grow as a person. At the end of the day, you can think you have the best recipe ever, but if it is not according to the tastes of the judges there is nothing you can do, so relax and have fun. You are likely to see people who have been years in the industry with very expensive tools, but don’t let that intimidate you, because in my experience they are as likely to win as the newcomers if their recipe is more according to the tastes of the judges. Everybody there will share the same passion as you for the beverage, so take the opportunity to make some friends in the industry.

YEAR 1

January 1

Well, the calendar may have changed but nothing else has. Molly is still in love with DeShawn. They’re still openly flaunting their affair in front of friends and family. I’m still kissing up to both of them and praying they’ll continue to let me hang around. So far, so good; the wedding’s still on for June, and everyone seems to be finding their roles in this three-way relationship. Unfortunately, my role is being their bitch. But Molly’s still here — that’s the important thing. I thought for sure when DeShawn came into the picture and stole her heart that she’d run off with him. But to my great relief, she says she wants to go through with the wedding while also maintaining her relationship with DeShawn. She says we’re now a “poly triad.” I know she’s playing me for a fool and is only marrying me because I earn six figures. But I don’t care. I love her and would do anything to keep her. Anything. Full stop. The ceremony is scheduled for June 8th, and my New Year’s resolution is to not fuck it up.

January 3

Molly didn’t say when she’d be home from the New Year’s Eve party at DeShawn’s friend’s house, but I didn’t expect her to be gone this long. I’m starting to get worried. Molly’s a big girl and can take care of herself, but DeShawn runs with a rough crowd.

January 4

Crisis averted. Molly’s been holed up in DeShawn’s apartment partying, thank goodness. After she texted me and told me to bring cognac and Burger King, I’d hoped to spend at least a few seconds with my beloved fiancé for the first time this year. Alas, I never even laid eyes on her. DeShawn answered my knock, snatched the bags from my hand and slammed the door in my face after throwing out a flippant “thanks, bitch.”

January 5

Molly finally came home but she was only here long enough to change clothes and bitch at me about her car being down to a quarter tank of gas. I thought about telling her she hasn’t been home for me to gas her car up but I wisely kept my mouth shut and volunteered to fill her tank right then. She said she was in a hurry, though, and rushed back out. I’m guessing she was either headed to the club or back to DeShawn’s place, although she didn’t tell me where she was going, and I sure as hell didn’t ask. As far as she’s concerned it’s none of my business what she does — my job is to sit at home and wait for her like a good little toady, ready to kiss her little ass and put up with her shit when she gets back.

January 7

I kept dinner warm until finally putting it away at 9. Even if Molly does make it home tonight, she’ll most likely be with DeShawn, and they won’t be in the mood to eat. I can always heat up something later if they want a post-coital snack.

January 9

When I got home from work nobody was there, although two bags of DeShawn’s dirty laundry were waiting for me in the living room. Molly had me do his clothes a few weeks ago and now the arrogant bastard apparently thinks it’s my permanent job. I thought about just letting it sit there — then common sense took over. The last thing I want to do is piss him off and give him an excuse to kick my ass again. So, swallowing what little pride I had left, I washed and carefully ironed the clothes of the man who’s fucking my fiancé. How pathetic is that?

January 10

My buddy Tim called to tell me he saw Molly making out with DeShawn at the Alexis Club last night. I turned red but gave my speech about how our arrangement allows her to see other men. Tim must be the 10th person to call since Molly and DeShawn started openly dating. I wish my supposed girlfriend and her “black king” would keep their tryst on the down-low but they said they wanted to take their relationship to the next level and I don’t get a vote. With everything that goes on in the world these days, I’d hoped their affair wouldn’t be a big deal, but I’m finding that people aren’t as open-minded as they claim to be. I’m losing friends and alienating family over this “poly” situation. Tim sure sounded disgusted. I guess I can’t blame him — if I was my friend, I’d probably be just as outraged at how Molly and DeShawn treat me, and how I put up with it like a sap loser. I imagine it must be painful for my friends and family to watch, but I wish they’d try to see it from my point of view. I love Molly with all my heart. She hurts me, sure. But I’m happier than I’ve ever been since she came into my life. Why can’t people understand that? If I can accept her and the things she does to me, why can’t everyone else?

January 13

DeShawn spent the night last night. He and Molly were already hammered when they got back from the club but they wanted another round. They also wanted privacy, so after I served drinks, DeShawn handed me his key and told me to go clean his apartment. I said “yes sir” and hauled ass out of there. When DeShawn tells me to do something, I don’t fuck around. The guy dislikes me to start with, so I try not to give him any reason to fuck me up. The first time Molly brought him home, I attempted to man up and confront him. I won’t ever make that mistake again. I like having teeth too much.

January 14

For the second night in a row, DeShawn stayed over. Molly got mad because I hadn’t bought the bottle of wine she’d wanted so she slapped me across the face several times, cutting my nose with her engagement ring. I got blood all over my favorite shirt, and she yelled at me about that, too, much to her boyfriend’s amusement. Molly is getting meaner by the day and DeShawn keeps egging her on. He loves the situation he’s carved out for himself — he knows he could steal her from me any time he wants but he enjoys having me around. In addition to bankrolling the affair, I represent the spoils of his victory; I’m the defeated, shamed white boy whose nose is constantly rubbed in the dirt while he enjoys his prize, my beautiful fiancé. That’s why he’s so brazen about taking Molly to all the places frequented by my friends and family. He wants everyone to know that Molly is in love with him, and that I’m pathetically hanging around paying the bills and serving as the beta in this budding “poly triad” of ours. Around town, it’s making me either a laughingstock or an object of pity. I’m not sure which is worse.

January 17

I got into a big argument with my brother Joel today after he called to tell me he saw Molly and DeShawn at the Towne Theatre “acting like a pair of animals in heat.” He and the rest of the family have been pressuring me to leave her ever since DeShawn mopped up the floor with Joel last month. The stupid fuck tried to tell the former Carver State linebacker to stop embarrassing the family by openly carrying on with Molly. DeShawn doesn’t like being told what to do. Joel found that out the hard way. His broken nose just healed.

January 20

Nobody was at the condo when I got home from the firm, although I could tell DeShawn had been over, given the wet spots all over the crumpled bedding in the master bedroom. These days, the only reasons I go into Molly’s room are to clean, change cum-stained sheets, and wipe her boyfriend’s piss stains off the toilet rim in the master bathroom. Molly says her bedroom suite is reserved for “real men” and that I have no business being in there unless it’s to clean.

January 24

Molly dropped some devastating news today. She says DeShawn will be going on the honeymoon in June and I’ll be staying home. Also, we had planned to take a Mediterranean cruise, but since DeShawn’s great-grandmother was from St. Thomas and he’s always wanted to go down there, she told me to switch the arrangements. I was bawling like a baby but I clicked onto the travel site and made the required changes. Since the wedding isn’t for six months, there was no problem adjusting the plans, although it killed me inside to do it.

January 26

Molly told me to pack her bags because she was headed to Atlanta for a week to hang out with DeShawn’s cousins. So, now, just like that, I’m not going to see my beloved fiancé until next Sunday. I don’t think she has any idea how much she’s breaking my heart with this affair of hers, but if I told her she probably wouldn’t care — she’d probably think it was funny. That’s how cruel she’s become. DeShawn brings out the worst in her. After he told her that it turns him on when she’s mean to me, she’s been looking for reasons to dog me. He usually rewards her cruelty by fucking the taste out of her mouth — and that makes her want to treat me even worse. Molly is finding out how much naughty fun it can be to make my life miserable, knowing that I’m so hopelessly in love with her I’ll put up with anything she dishes out. Deep down, she probably knows what she’s doing to me is wrong — but I bet that just makes the whole thing even more delightfully wicked. My former angel is lost in a decadent, BBC-fueled alternative dimension where being bad is good and my pain is hilarious.

February 6

Molly told me to go by her mom’s house after work tomorrow to clean. She says I should plan on that being one of my regular weekly duties from now on. I’m getting sick of being everybody’s fucking maid. I’m stuck cleaning DeShawn’s apartment once a week now. Last week, Molly had me wash her best friend’s car after her boyfriend got drunk and puked in it. My fiancé has pimped me out to her friends recently for myriad other chores — cleaning up dogshit, dropping off library books, picking up drycleaning. Since DeShawn came into the picture, Molly has gleefully let her friends and family know that I’m nothing but her little bitch — and her boyfriend’s little bitch, too. She loves recounting the night she brought DeShawn back to the condo for the first time, and I tried to make a stand by telling him to leave. He busted me in the eye, knocking me to the floor, and then kicked me in the ribs until I begged him to stop. The whole time, Molly watched with a glazed look in her eye and fingers in her crotch. Throughout my trip I’ve noticed that there is immense pressure upon women to conduct a certain way when in public and even in the privacy of their own home compared to men. Where are the newest glitches?

Sorting the sub by new is the easiest way to find the most current glitches

Are Heist Replay Glitches patched?

No, and they probably won't be any time soon; if ever.
Heist replay glitch is still working in the enhanced version.
Please note that timings might be more difficult than in the past.

How do I do X Heist Replay?

Tips on how to avoid heist reset on consoles.

Take a break after 2 consecutive attempts
Try clearing your cache after 2 consecutive attempts
Try disconnecting after the white transaction loading circle and before the orange loading circle
Try disconnecting after the "Transaction Pending" disappears at the bottom of the screen

Can you get banned from doing X Glitch?

Outside of the few admonished outliers such as the strain of Apartment Glitches, you WON'T GET BANNED for doing any glitches. This includes things such as Heist Replays, AFK's, Merges, Dupes (creating/owning/selling Dupes) and etcetera.

Any good RP glitches around?

This is a new type job, TeamLilac AFK, and should be similar to Peter Griffin AFK. Please feel free to leave feedback on this job since its new

Best money glitch out right now?

Heist Replays (Bogdan/Cayo Perico), GCTF Dupes and/or Semi-Frozen Money (solo) will always remain as time proven choices. Alongside whatever Dupe Glitch is currently available/working.

Anything pertaining to Dupes?

Destro's Duping Encyclopedia will most likely have your answers. Start with the Introduction segment which covers the jist of the relevant topics, otherwise flip through to the topic dedicated chapter.
