For questions and discussion about Facebook Marketplace.
For when you come across "that thing" on the Facebook Marketplace that makes you cringe or even scared!
Discussion for all the strange items found on the glorious Facebook Marketplace. It can be strange combination, odd homemade items that people try to sell, or people that just don't have a general grasp of the concept of it all.
I am not bonito.. I haven’t been bonito for years.. I am alone. I need support but I have no one… this is not bonito. So many years, boulder after boulder flung at me. All I ever hear is “your so strong” But, I feel like a littler girl beaten to an inch of her life and I’m just laying in a dark hole having cold water splashed on me consistently and stones flying at me from everywhere. I’m in pain, physically and mentally. To what point is there an end. How can I be positive when the only positive is I can still breath and feel my heart ache with every breath of existence.
I’m a foreigner and rented a room through annagency because I did not even have time to see it in person. It is a short term through agency and I’m a foreigner and because of that I’m paying 1000€ for a room. It’s okay because it’s only for 6 months and the room is nice but it’s still crazy expensive. Now that I’m in Berlin I’ll be able to look at apartments and see them in person.
What is the best way to rent from a “German” not an agency so it is cheaper “for insiders”? Because on sites “in English” with English contracts 40m2 single room apartments can cost between 1500-1800€ which is a bit much Are local ads like ebay and Facebook marketplace the best option?
I also heard that something called Genossenschaft is a cheaper option. Is that right?
I’m a student looking to get a MacBook with the education discount and the gift card. I have no use for the $150 gift card so I was wondering how to sell it. I know there’s online websites that buy gift cards but they all have such bad reviews. What are the chances that it sells like on facebook marketplace or something for less than face value?

I have a P15 Gen 2 that I don't use anymore where would be the best place for me to find it a new home. Additionally, what would be a reasonable asking price. I tried facebook marketplace but all I got were scams.
Hey guys, so I'm looking into starting eldar in 10th and I have fallen completely in love with shroud runners so want them to be my first model to paint. I used to play nids in 7/8th so complexity is no issue. However I also used to be in the UK and remember eldar boxes, waveserpent for example, was around £30 but now I'm in Australia they are $100+ it's insane the price.
Especially shroud runners being ~$120 for 3 So with me not wanting to go flat broke buying models is there a cheaper Australian based website to buy eldar from? Or another way to buy models for cheaper? I've alrdy looked on eBay/Amazon and Facebook marketplace
Additionally I was wanting to go with a desert theme so does anyone know if it's cannon or have heard of an eldar craftworld being a desert planet like in Dune? Just wanna know for fluffy reasons. Thanks :))

(tickets) What is the best/safest way to receive payment of approx $1000 from a facebook marketplace meetup sale. I am selling a gaming computer which i dont feel safe shipping so I am doing local pickup.
So I'm seeing someone selling a new P100S (global version) for only $780. My initial thought is "it's too good to be true."
What are the differences between the US spec and "global version." I'm going to assume folks should worry about warranty work, plug and electrical differences, anything else?
Thanks!
Hey! I grabbed a good condition North Star standard Extruder on Facebook marketplace and cleaned it up last night. I’m going to mount it to a load bearing block wall, but want to replicate the standard mounting equipment (screws, washers) it comes with. Can anyone tell me the specs? Thank you!!

To preface, I have an old Fenix 5 sapphire I got from a guy on facebook marketplace earlier this year. I wanted to make some healthy changes and I used to own a vivoactive HR, so the fenix has always been an achievable grail for me. It was heavily used so it was cheap, I remember thinking it was so cool that the screen was absolutely pristine when the body was so scuffed and scratched up.
I'm a fairly high strung person (not irritable, just intense) and I've been making frequent use of the "relax timer" in conjunction with a breathing exercise I learned in therapy.
It seemed silly the first time I saw it, but figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. After that I started using the relax function extensively, I really like the tactile nature of it, forces you to stop and do a mental reset.
My mother recently made an attempt on her own life. The day it happened my uncle reached out to me saying she was texting him concerning things. I live in a different state, she wasn't answering her phone - I was ringing it off the hook till she turned it off, then it turned into me calling, getting her voicemail and getting more and more tense. I was having a panic attack - It was a feeling unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life, my vision was darkening around the edges while I was trying her dead phone over and over, hyperventilating, tears streaming down my face, heartrate was at around 140 if I remember (resting is under 70 typically)
As stupid and ridiculous as it sounds I was sitting at my desk with my head in my hands trying to figure out what to do, and on reflex I started the relaxation timer and rode out the exercise. And it helped! So much so that I was able to think clearly enough to reach out to a friend in the area and local law enforcement. The police were able to intervene in time.
She's doing a little better now, in therapy and we talk every day.
It was a few weeks ago, I would've felt super weird posting this on social media but I wanted to put it out there in case whoever worked on that app sees this.
Just kind of surreal that a watch helped me save my mom.
