I am going to try to be as succinct as possible while still giving enough information.
I (47F), a widow of 2.5 years, my BF of 1.5 years, Mr. A, (M50). We have been “living together”, but really in name only. We share an address. He was working in a northern camp for really good money, but we both wanted him to come home so we could actually grow our relationship. Fast forward a few months, I found a position in our city for him – not his dream job, but in his line of work, with decent pay.
The same week he came home to start the new job, I ended up in the hospital with double super-imposed pneumonia for nearly two weeks. I was incredibly sick; septic, fevered, hallucinating, etc. During my stay in the hospital, he got another job offer that pretty much was his dream job (and it turned out he really hated the job that he had just started)– but it was located over 1000 km away. I wasn’t really up to trying to figure out what that would mean for us, but I had no choice, as they needed an answer ASAP. So, he took the job, moved there, and plans were put in place that I would sell my house and follow sometime this summer. He was gone and working at the Dream Job less than a week after I got out of the hospital.
It's been three months now with him working there and me being here(with a couple of visits in between). I contacted a realtor, had some home repairs done, planned to list the house. But. As it gets closer and closer, I have been feeling miserable and sick about things. I have an incredibly great job where I’ve been for 6 years. Great pay, great people, all around fantastic. I can afford my house, I can afford my lifestyle, and for the first time in my life, I feel safe, secure, and most importantly, independent.
There’s no guarantee of a job for me there, so I would be dependent on Mr. A. Selling my house here is the only way we could buy a house there – but Real Estate is very different there. The price of my nice little middle class house here would buy us a tiny “handyman’s special” there. In addition, it’s a small community, job opportunities aren’t plentiful.
I find I just cannot turn my back on the stability and security I have here at home. AITA for saying that yes, I’ll sell the house and move my life across the province – and then completely changing my mind?

This is more of a rant. I have been using pixel 7 since October, I pre ordered it. I have used many google phones starting from Nexus 4. But I have never experienced such bad performance(Internet/connectivity) in any of the phones before. I never get a full signal strength on my phone, internet speed is low most of the times. I was using google fi, which I was also using with my pixel 6 before. It worked fine on pixel 6. But Pixel 7 internet speeds are really bad. Sometimes I don't even get upload speeds of 1Mbps. At the same locations where pixel 6 had no issues. I have had multiple calls/chats with google customer support and they have had me running between google fi support and pixel hardware support. Both of them blaming each other. They have asked me for bug reports multiple times. Everytime the solution they come up with is that they are working on updates and I should wait for future updates to have it fixed. And I have been in contact with them for past 3 months now. Same response every single time. I infact switch my carrier to At&t, hoping that it might be because of the carrier. But I have had the same issues. I have tested At&t on an iphone, at the same location, the speed difference between pixel and iphone is 5 times. And I understand that iphones radio might be better than pixel's, but still 5x is too much. The only thing I can think of is that my device might be defective. I have told google support to consider this as a possibility, but they have always just ignored it and asked me to wait for software updates. I mean, it cannot be that it is a pixel wide issue and surely they are not working on an update just for me for the past 3 months. I don't know what to do at this point.

I have a QIP7100 2 STB that has a red exclamation mark on the front. It looks to be non-functional/dead at this point despite unplugging it for some time and powering it back on. It was on a TV that I don’t really use, so I’m fine to just return it and take it off of my account. I’ve located an official FiOS equipment return location near me. Is it common for the delivery day to be pushed back? Im impatient and excited about getting my model Y but starting to get annoyed af. First when I went into a Tesla Store. The guy said yeah we have one available at this location that’s like an hour away, I was too tired from an earlier travel and he said they can just drive it down to me. So I agreed and waited while I was filling out stuff on the app.
Then he called me and said, actually the car is not there yet, it’ll get there the ~8th. I said ugh fine one week I guess… then got contacted again that actually will get here the 15th or 16th…
Now I’m worried, pissed and stressed out… is this normal??
I’m also scared to drive my current car because they appraised it the highest out of anywhere else I checked for trade-in… and I have anxiety that something could happen if I drive it too much.

I'm not from the US but I'm playing a game where I drag the US state onto its place on the map. I'm really bad at locating where the states are (i've never done this before), but I've noticed that the state capitals are kind of an indicator of whether the state is going to be located in the north east, the south, the west, that spot around the lakes, etc. Why is this? what are the themes that I'm noticing? because I honestly can't tell haha.

I work in a very small firm. There’s my supervisor (10yrs experience) and there’s me (8yrs experience). We are not very experienced on storm drain projects, but we’ve done a few for private developments that eventually drains to County drainage systems. Approved per County’s requirements. I have this new City-owned storm drain project that which will drain to County-owned underground drainage channel. We have a few oversized deep infiltration drywells (for first-flush mitigation) located upstream and I’ve calculated the Qs (for 25yr storm event) for both public and private developments draining into the City-owned storm drain. Our Q exceeds the Q allowable set by the County. How do I proceed from here (ask for County’s consideration, ie. forgiveness)? The SD main line is 24”RCP per City’s minimum requirement, and I don’t think I can install an orifice. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The native plant sale only uses sustainable non-peat potting mix. The native plant sale only uses sustainable non-peat potting mix. Lastly, it’s ok to watch, but we need to keep the number of guys standing around in the play rooms to a minimum.

We are doing everything we can to improve the parties, better locations, better quality people, more themes, etc. Any assistance in these areas is always appreciated, we have a few people that recommend our group to others or bring new people in but this has dropped off considerably lately. 2023.06.09 23:42 Few-Smile-4704 This is an idiot's guide to getting this working with YUZU
First of all this guide assumes you were smart enough to have a Breath of the Wild XCI/NSP file on your pc and that you know you need to have the RomFS file. If you didn't know this already you need to at least get a dump of the base game which you definitely did purchase, after it is extracted and you have shown Yuzu where it is right click and extract its RomFS.
Straight forward enough, we begin by downloading Python. I chose to use version 3.8.10 so if you want to be certain you've followed this right then don't deviate from that. Now Python is downloaded we're presented with the first page, YOU MUST CHECK THE PATH BOX HERE. Proceed with the installation from here, the rest of the settings should be fine.
With that out of the way we verify now Python is installed. Go to windows search box (bottom left) and type cmd, run it as administrator. Once open type python, if it is installed it'll be listed in a directory. Now hold ctrl and press Z key or if you're unsure on doing that close it and open command prompt again as administrator.
So now we type in pip install bcml in the prompt, the download should start and the files will be on your pc shortly. Once installed go to the python scripts folder and try to run BCML file, it usually opens but if not troubleshoot it, since I've reinstalled this a few times over the past few days I can confirm that often times running in compatibility mode might get it working.
Alright now that you've got BCML open you should go to settings page. Here we have toggle to enable Switch mode, by default the program BCML is set to work compatible with Cemu which as many users are keen to point out Breath of the Wild does indeed run better on.
Base game + update directory is: C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\dump. The directory is basically where you installed Yuzu to and navigating to the file called dump, then finding the file 01007EF00011E000 there. I'm choosing to skip the DLC box because it is non essential imo and I didn't end up needing to do it.
Still on BCML settings page, select your language. Next set your mod folder, should be a place where you have plenty of space but ideally where BCML is stored.

^ On the settings page go to browse, copy and paste this (above) into the file explorer and hit enter and set that as the Merged Export Directory. Click on the link for the Switch version and download the Second Wind BNP file there, now return to BCML and go to mods page, from there click the + button in the bottom right corner, grab the BNP file you just downloaded and let it install.
Now all the guides I've seen end here, that's what I hate. If you didn't figure out what to do next some people will tell you that you're dumb or that you should have asked somebody else, if you chose the latter option then there's a small chance the person you ask will chew you out for not knowing how to finish the last steps but whatever.. this guide covers that part.
Now hopefully Second Wind downloaded and there is no error, if there is then I recommend double checking your settings page to make sure everything is fine and nothing on the right is ticked that isn't supposed to be.
No error? Good then we can move on to final step, with Second Wind now in your mod list in BCML you are free to make it into a readable format for Yuzu. There is an export button next to the one for uninstalling all mods on the mod page, you want to click that with Second Wind selected and let it put the files into a zip.
Once it is done go to Yuzu and right click Breath of the Wild, on the drop down menu click open mod data location.
