2023.06.10 10:50 Manbat3877722 Ultimate Predictions Plus Message For Our This Community

Upcoming Licenses Ultimate with Reasoning:
Most Likely Movies due to upcoming announcements surrounding as of recent news, everything involving the Friday the 13th game and it's licensing, and even though Pennywise's license wasn't available years ago, it was due to the 2nd movie's release at the time, and the recent Welcome to Derry show will be coming out soon, leaving the license available and open for discussion, especially with Bill Skarsgard more likely to voice with the inclusion of recent celebrity Nick Cage and Stephen King not having any involvement if I am correct when developing the show, maybe some given ideas, however ultimately not licensing, this is highly evident where the agreement of Nick Cage being brought in was at the same time of developing the Singularity due to months in advance and the Mori being a reference to the movie Face Off when applied to Nick Cage, plus at Summers Game fest, he did in fact confirm skins : Friday the 13th, and It.
Most Likely Video games due to collaborating Licenses, The Evil Within due to recent collaboration being worked on with an artist from the company, watch the stream for proof and Until Dawn due to the recent collaboration with Supermassive Games: The Evil Within and Until Dawn.
Most likely Paragraph's: Candyman due to a possibility of not Candyman being multiple people throughout century's which with make sense as a slasher code named "The Hive" to refer even to when Helen became one with the Hive and Cabrini green not being big enough for an entire map as a building unless they expanded across the Movies like the Map the Game from Saw, Candyman, F-n-a-f due to reasons that I am pretty sure everyone understands by now with no clear survivor and even though with some controversy and it may decrease some sales, behavior is in fact ultimately a business and just like how the costs for a Legendary skin can go for $15, F-N-A-F would in fact make many sales, and Slender-man, however- Slender- man is actually more unlikely due to not being in satisfaction surveys and unfortunate history in real life where someone was extremely injured, if you don't know, it's a case that is found on the internet however a warning for it being extremely disturbing and unsettling.
Surprise announcements: I state The Fly due to The Singularity's mannerism's and how in the Mori it could be changed from a needle to Fly vomit like in the movies and would work honestly better as a legendary than a whole chapter, would be cool though, The Fly Legendary for The Singularity, surprising chapters: Alien, I state The Thing due to them having good connections enough with Universal for more Ghost face cosmetics and previous Blighted Ghost face and upcoming cosmetics for the anniversary found in the most recent stream which would add evidence for The Thing as a collaboration with the Mount Ormond Resort being turned into another map as a realm from the movie, The Last of Us I say is due to recent history of it making high ratings and more intrigue however if not a full chapter, then I can definitely see a Bloater as a Legendary for The Clown due to spores making sense with the Clowns bottles even it it's not exact it can be similar to the Blight and William Birkin, with a possible new Mori as evidence of the naught bear upcoming Legendary set for the Trapper which will bring a new Mori for the Trapper which proves it is now possible, if Alien comes as a chapter, it's most likely due to the behavior team going for more Sy-fy as of recent history and also a high chance of a Legendary of Predator or a Female Predator for the Skull merchant, I state this due to it realistically making a lot of sales despite some feedback over Predator not being a full fledged chapter or killer.
Message: To everyone who plays this game, it's had it's ups and downs, if your only here to hate then let me try to open your eyes, and if your here to listen, thank you, we all want this to succeed for the better, we all have our own reasons for playing however, whether your a survivor or slasher, or a fan, know that we can make this community awesome for both new and veteran, let's do this everyone, I want to see you-tubers, posts, dedicated to make this community better and fun again, I pray and hope you do as well, if your still here, Thank you :)

2023.06.10 10:50 AyaanMAG Eli5 how does your laptop just change wheather it charges the battery or not

Many laptops have the features to just cap how much the battery is charged and instead use the electricity when it's plugged in to power the components taking the battery out of the equation. My question is, wouldn't that need for the electricity to take a separate path although for it to not charge the battery? My understanding is that that would need for some internal component to physically move but moving components are usually not prefered due to their nature to be break and be fragile and stuff right?

2023.06.10 10:49 PrivadoDeAmor My friend broke off her friendship with me because I'm an INFP

I met this friend a few months ago; she was visiting from Germany to London for the first time for only 3 days. We met in a pub, and she approached me. Then she said it's so noisy here and would you like to walk outside. We walked outside for a few hours, talking about our lives. Then we discovered we had both been suffering from depression. We also shared our personality types. She is an ISFJ (28), and I am an INFP (24). We made a plan for the next day to travel around the city. After that, I walked her to the hotel. The next day, I was with her all day. Took her to a few interesting places in London. Even to shopping. She was looking for a dress, but it wasn't available at the store. But one of the store staff said it's available in different branche of store. So we went there and looked for it for about half an hour but couldn't find it in the displays. So she gave up and wanted to leave. Then I requested a manager of the store and he find it from their store room. Then my friend said I'm really impressed and said you don't really give up. In the evening, she left because she had made another plan with another guy to watch a musical. But before leaving, I express something that I never did: that I'm in love with her. But she said she only saw me as a friend. Is it wrong to fall in love with someone quickly? But she promised me that she'll never ghost me and she left for the musical. She left the UK the next day. Later, I asked her how her visit to London was. She said that it was amazing, and thank you for showing me around, but the musical was the best. That really killed me. I know she lives in different country and older than me. So she has so many reasons to ditch me. But I think she never told me the true reason why she ditched me. She also said we have different personality types. She said you're an N type, and I'm an S type. She also said that I'm very practical and you're a dreamer. So we can't be together. I think that's not even a true reason. Because I asked her, "What do you know about INFP?" She replied that I know nothing, and all the things I learned about INFP from memes. So I sarcastically said that it was very practical, by the way. Most of the things she says are very contradictory, like this. She used to ignore all the valid questions, and she used to say, I don't want to talk about this anymore. Once she said, "If you want to talk about something or need to vent, don't hesitate to text. One day I was very depressed, so I texted her, and she was like, I have my own problems too. After a month, we had an argument, and she finally said we have very different personalities and don't want to keep our friendship. She broke her promise and blocked me. I wasn't very sad about it at that moment, nor did I want to talk with her again. But so many things remind me of her, and it triggers my depression, which is hard to cope with. She gifted me a diary, which I threw in the trash to avoid depression. But the places I took her, I couldn't avoid. Like M&S stores and restaurants. Also, one of the historical places I took her was my work place, and every time I go there, it reminds me of her. I stopped going to work there but I still have to go to work there occasionally. I don't know how I'm going to cope with these situations. I don't have any relationship experiences and never been in one. I never had enough courage to express my love to someone. But this time I wanted to do it, even if it was too quick or she was going to say no. This time, my depression hit me very hard. My doctor stopped prescribing me any antidepressants because I overdosed twice. I don't have any good friends to share these with, and I'm sick of these shallow friendships. I live alone. I badly need a true relationship. But I don't know what to do. I'm just looking for some advice and support.

2023.06.10 10:49 turtl3turtle My first Olympic (thanks!)

Firstly I wanted to thank the community here. It's been awesome to get advice and feedback and to see others achieve their goals!
TLDR: I completed my first Olympic distance. I wanted to document it and thank people for their advice! I'm hoping if you're a first timenewbie hope maybe sharing my write up can help. Also any tips for improvement appreciated!
Pre-race: - Nutrition - based on advice I started carb loading for meals a few days before. The morning of the race I had overnight oats with honey, choc chips, chia seeds. I also followed Precision Hydrations advice and had a PH500 drink the night before and one the morning of (an hour before the race). - Sleep / taper - I just tried to sleep as much as feasible the days leading up and I tapered quite a lot. Surprisingly I was able to get a decent sleep the night before (~7hrs ish). - Transition prep - I did a flatlay and wrote a checklist and mentally prepared how each transition would work. No issues really but I think a written check-list helps a lot. - Travel - I travelled by car for the race which added a bit more stress but again thats where written checklist helps.
Swim: - The swim was my biggest fear of my race. For context this was a non wetsuit race and air temp on the day was a blistering mid 30 degree Celsius and max humidity (Desaru is basically on the equator). - It was a rolling start and I self seeded myself in the mid-category (20-40mins). I placed myself in the front half of the rolling start and ended up swimming 1500m in 30mins which I was super pleased with as that's my pool pace. Water was quite calm. - Keeping calm - when I did my sprint I had a mini panic attack in open water so I did these things to keep myself calm (which worked for me). (1) focus heavily on my breath and stroke technique (2) when breathing look at the sky and the beauty of nature and be grateful. Maybe this all sounds silly but it helped me. - Drafting - I think I got lucky. I had similar level swimmers around me so I sat on another athletes hip for the first 500m, then sat behind three others (sort of in a diamond) for the next 500m and I felt I saved a lot of energy (not sure if it was psychological) so I overtook them and drafted a faster swimmer to come out top 10 in my AG.
T1: - It was a long run up to T1 and a long walk out to the mount line. I stayed calm and tried to control my breath and HR whilst keeping up the run pace. I did the awkward walk/run out in my cycling shoes and conventional mount at start line. No real dramas. Ironman didn't alloy anything on the floor so the only annoying thing was trying to find stuff in my bag.
Bike: - I have an entry level carbon bike with a 105 groupset, no aero bars and basically a conventional road bike setup (2 bottles in cages on tubes). The course was rolling out and back featuring a reasonable climb at the beginning and end. My goal was to complete 40km in 1hr 20mins. I did it in 1hr 29m at an average of 27km/hr(16.7mph). - All my nutrition was in two bottles. Around 40g of carb + electrolytes in each 750ml bottle. I felt it was enough for my ride. I didn't need to grab anything from volunteers or mess with gels on the bike (my bike handling isn't great) - I wanted to control my pace and HR and I felt I did a good job. My HR was steady in zone 3 throughout but perhaps I didn't push hard enough. - The day before the race I noticed lots of really nice tri-bikes which felt intimidating. I wasn't that fast as you can see but I was still faster than many nice bikes. Don't be intimidated - just give it your best.
T2: not much to say here except I just grabbed two gels and ran
Run: - It was a rolling course lots of small hills and I found it quite difficult. I tried to pace for 7m/km but the last 5 km I ended up doing a bit of a run-walk and ended up doing the 10km in around 1:15m. A little disappointed but given the heat I was happy to just finish. During the last half it hurt so I just tried to focus on form, proper arm movement, high cadence etc.
Takeaways for me - staying calm in the water probably makes you a faster racer - I need aero bars and maybe a better bike fit. I think I can improve my bike leg massively Think I can improve my run massively. Both need more time in saddle/feet. I would like to average 30km/hr for a 70.3 (3 hr ride). - Smile and thank volunteers. They were out there twice as long as me in mid 30 degree Celsius temps. Many cheering everyone on.
Questions for me to think about (any advice would be appreciated): - Flying mount - is it worth it. Particularly given the 70.3 distance the time saving isn't as meaningful. I'm thinking prob not. - Nutrition - figure out how to fuel for a 70.3 on a bike. I don't really like the idea of using gels on the bike but is it possible to carry all nutrition in bottles for a 70.3? - Bike - other than aero bars anything else I should consider or is it a matter of just putting in the time? I ordered a power meter to to help my training. Should I train more by power? I currently focus on HR. I have stock standard tires that came with the bike would upgrading make much difference? - yhe 70.3 im targeting requires me to fly overaeas. I'll need to figure out how to get a bike bag and strip down/build my bike. This is daunting for me. I'm thinking of a Scicon bag so I primarily just take off wheels.
Thanks for making it this far! Again much love to the community.

2023.06.10 10:49 Ok-Training-5323 What is your opinnion on the increase of validators from 32 to 40? And did you vote already?

I was wondering what the general sentiment about the increase of coreum validators is. And how high the engagement in the voting itself is. I would apriciate to hear your opinions.
I for myself voted yes because i think more decentralisation is a very good thing especially if it doesnt affect performance that much.

2023.06.10 10:48 BruteSentiment Daily Minors Quick-Notes 6/9/23 - Crawford hits his first pro home run

Daily Minors Quick-Notes 6/9/23 - Crawford hits his first pro home run
Phew…the first 8-game day in the Giants farm system this season! Reggie Crawford is viewed more as a pitcher, but he hit his first pro home run as the DH for San Jose today. Plus, Will Wilson had his biggest game of the season, hitting two home runs in one game. And Kai-Wei Teng looked like who he was in April, finally.

AAA: Sacramento 9, Las Vegas 8

Sacramento Notes:
  • Sacramento survived Las Vegas on Friday night, after the Aviators made a huge rally to almost win the game. Will Wilson helped put Sacramento in the lead with two home runs, and was up 9-4 headed to the 9th. Cole Waites broke his streak after getting just one out, and allowing a double, a single, and three walks, including a bases loaded walk to give up a pair of runs while he was on the mound, making it 9-6. Nick Swiney came in and gave up a 2-run single to let it be a one-run game, but Swiney got a fly out and a game-ending strikeout to hang on.
  • Third baseman Will Wilson went 2-for-2 with two walks and, more importantly, two home runs. That’s three home run in two games for Wilson, giving him nine on the season. Wilson has gone 6-for-19 (.316) with the three home runs, with three walks and four strikeouts in the month of June. Overall, he’s batting .219/.294/.401 on the year.
  • DH Clint Coulter was 2-for-4 with a home run and a double. That gives Coulter eight doubles and four home runs on the season. His batting line is .241/.342/.361 on the season.
  • Shortstop Tyler Fitzgerald was 1-for-4 with a home run, his fourth home run in Triple-A. Fitzgerald now has six home runs overall, including his 19 games in Double-A. In Sacramento, Fitzgerald is batting .317/.390/.500 after 25 games, with five doubles, a triple, and four home runs.
  • Luis Matos was 1-for-3 with two walks on the day, and picked up his fifth steal. That gives Matos seven walks against eight strikeouts in 21 games at Sacramento, and moved up his batting line to .379/.422/.579.
  • Starting pitcher Kyle Harrison had a mixed game, giving up two runs, one earned, on three hits, but only allowed one walk, which is a big improvement. He struck out six. The one walk is just the second time in the last six games where he’s allowed less than three walks. His ERA nudged down to 3.40, and he now has 72 strikeouts to 35 walks in 42.1 innings. This is Harrison’s 10th consecutive game with at least 5 strikeouts, which is the longest streak in all of Triple-A.
  • It was a rough game for Cole Waites, who allowed runs for the first time since returning to Sacramento on May 16th. He allowed four runs on two hits and three walks in just 0.1 innings, with a strikeout. His Triple-A ERA jumped back up to 6.41 from 4.66.
  • Nick Swiney made the save (quite literally), though he gave up two inherited runners that went on Waites’ record. He struck out one and gave up a hit in 0.2 innings. It was Swiney’s first career save in three pro seasons, though he worked mostly as a starter in the first two. His Triple-A ERA is down to 4.09 with eight strikeouts to five walks in 11.0 innings.

AA: Altoona 4, Richmond 3

Richmond Notes:
  • Kai-Wei Teng had his best start in weeks, but a couple of late runs led to this Richmond loss. Teng allowed just two runs in his five innings, and left the game with Richmond up 3-2. But the Curve picked up a run in the 8th on an RBI double to tie the game, then one more run in the 9th to take the loss.
  • Riley Mahan had the biggest hit for Richmond, going 1-for-3 withe a 2-run home run, and had a walk and a steal. Mahan has gone just 3-for-28 (.107) in June, but two of those hits have been home runs. He’s got a batting line of .191/.225/.401 overall this season.
  • Left fielder Carter Aldrete was 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and a stolen base. That gives Aldrete 11 steals on the year, to go with six home runs. They are his first extra-base hits in June, in which he’s gone just 5-for-29. Overall this season, he’s got a batting line of .253/.305/.409.
  • Third baseman Jimmy Glowenke was 2-for-4 with a double. Since his promotion to Double-A, Glowenke is 8-for-29 (.276) with two doubles, and one walk to six strikeouts. His batting line sits at .276/.300/.345.
  • Teng looked like the April version of himself, scoring two runs in 5.0 innings, on four hits and two walks, but most notably struck out eight. The eight strikeouts are his highest since he had that many on April 22nd.
  • In relief, Matt Frisbee struck out four without allowing any baserunners in 2.0 innings. It’s Frisbee’s first strikeouts in his last three appearances, though that was just 1.1 innings before this game. On the year, he’s got 21 strikeouts to eight walks in 24.1 innings.

High-A: Tri-City 4, Eugene 2

Eugene Notes:
  • Eugene just couldn’t get the hits and runs in a 4-2 game. Eugene’s first run came in the 2nd inning, getting a run that came in on a double play, and got an RBI single in the 3rd to give Eugene a 2-1 lead. But Tri-City tied it up in the 4th, and scored runs in the 7th and 9th innings to win.
  • Logan Wyatt led the team in hitting by going 2-for-4 with a double. It’s Wyatt’s first multi-hit game since May 28th. He now has nine doubles and seven home runs, leading to a .254/.359/.416 batting line.
  • Right fielder Carter Howell was 1-for-4 with a triple. Howell now has two triples and a double in nine games since his promotion to High-A. His Eugene batting line is .324/.375/.459 after batting .337/.398/.500 in San Jose after 39 games.
  • Brett Auerbach made his Eugene debut after getting demoted from Richmond, and went 0-for-1 with three walks and a steal. In 45 games at Richmond, Auerbach hit .153/.211/.190 with three doubles and one home run, and six steals in ten attempts.
  • Starting pitcher Nick Sinacola gave up two runs on six hits and a walk in 3.1 innings, and struck out five. After Sinacola had a 10.06 ERA in May, but has a 3.68 ERA in two starts in June, with 10 strikeouts and one walk in 7.1 innings. Overall, his ERA is 5.23 over 12 games.
  • 28-year old Tanner Kiest made his Eugene debut (and just second Giants appearance overall after signing as a free agent on May 30th), and he struck out two in 1.2 innings without allowing a baserunner.

Low-A: San Jose 9, Visalia 4

San Jose Notes:
  • San Jose used a big inning to come back and take this game from Visalia. The Rawhide were up 3-0 after four innings, but San Jose scored a run in the 5th. But in the 6th inning, Reggie Crawford’s 2-run home run was part of a 5-run rally that put San Jose up for good.
  • Reggie Crawford was 2-for-5 with his first professional home run, in his sixth game as a hitter. He’s 3-for-12 (.25) with a double and a home run, with no walks and three strikeouts.
  • Center fielder Turner Hill was 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles. Hill is 11-for-36 with four doubles, with three walks and five strikeouts, plus six steals in eight games. He’s got a line of .306/.359/.417.
  • Second baseman Jose Ramos was 1-for-3 with a walk, a HBP, and his 17th steal of the season. In 48 games, Ramos now has 17 steals in 18 attempts, but with a batting line of .215/.319/.331, and has 23 walks to 46 strikeouts.
  • Starting pitcher Manuel Mercedes gave up three runs in 4.0 innings, on three hits and three walks, with three strikeouts. Mercedes has a 2.66 ERA after 11 games (eight starts), but has just 28 strikeouts in 44.0 innings, with 14 walks.
  • Julio Rodriguez went 2.0 scoreless innings, with five strikeouts and a walk. It’s two straight scoreless games, not long after he allowed six in less than an inning. He has a 5.82 ERA with 27 strikeouts to 11 walks in 21.2 innings.

ACL: ACL Giants Black 8, ACL D-Backs Black 0

ACL Giants Black Notes:
  • Lazaro Morales was in center field and played second base as well, going 1-for-3 with a double. That was his first hit in four games, so he’s 1-for-12 (.083), though he has three walks and six strikeouts.
  • DH Donovan Walton also had a double, going 1-for-3 with a walk in his first game of his rehab assignment. The 29 year old had time last season with both Tacoma and Sacramento, and was acquired in May 2022 in exchange for Prelander Berroa.
  • Shortstop Ryan Reckley was 1-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base, and another error. That’s two steals in four games for Aria, who is 3-for-16 (.188) with no extra-base hits yet. He also now has five errors in four games at shortstop this season.
  • Starting pitcher Junior Flores went 3.0 shutout innings, giving up two hits and striking out two. Flores has already made two appearances with the ACL Orange team, in which he gave up five runs, four earned in 3.0 relief innings. He has seven strikeouts against two walks in 6.0 total ACL innings.
  • Reliever Wilkelma Castillo had 4.0 shutout innings, striking out four and with two hits allowed. Castillo gave up a run in 2.0 innings in his first ACL appearance, after having a 9.88 ERA in 12 games at Eugene.

ACL: ACL Rangers 7, ACL Giants Orange 6

ACL Giants Orange Notes:
  • Third baseman Derwin Laya was 2-for-4 with a pair of singles and a steal. To start his season, Laya is 6-for-13 (.462)with a walk to three strikeouts, and with a stolen base.
  • Shortstop Jean Carlos Sio, going 2-for-5 with a walk. Through four games, he’s 3-for-14 (.214) with three walks to three strikeouts.
  • Right fielder Samuel Reyes was 2-for-4 with a walk. The 20-year old Reyes is now 3-for-9 (.333) in four games to start his season, with three walks and two strikeouts.
  • Lisander De La Cruz gave up a run in an inning of work, allowing no hit and two walks. It’s De La Cruz’s second appearance this season, as he faced a single batter on June 6th and gave up a hit.
  • Reliever Esmerlin Vinicio gave up a run in 3.0 innings, allowing four hits and two walks, with five strikeouts in his ACL debut this season. Vinicio had a 3.62 ERA in 13 appearances at Low-A to start the year, with 24 strikeouts and 18 walks in 27.1 innings.

DSL: DSL Angels 8, DSL Giants Black 4

DSL Giants Black Notes:
  • Shortstop Keiberg Camacaro went 2-for-4 with a triple and a walk. After three games, Camacaro is 2-for-11 (.182) with a triple, and three walks to four strikeouts.
  • First baseman Anyelo Gonzalez went 1-for-3 with a double and a strikeout. Gonzalez is now 5-for-11 (.455) after four games, with a double and a home run, and has a walk and a strikeout.
  • Left fielder Moises De La Rosa also had a double, going 1-for-4 with a walk. After three games, the 18-year old is 8-for-14 (.571) with two doubles, and a walk with a strikeout, with two strikeouts.
  • Starting pitcher Carlos Molina went 4.0 innings, with a run allowed on two hits and no walks, with two strikeouts, and a wild pitch. It was the 18-year old Venezuelan’s first pro appearance.

DSL: DSL Giants Orange 4, DSL Nationals 3

DSL Giants Orange Notes:
  • Second baseman Audie Jimenez had the team’s only extra base hit, going 1-for-3 with a double and a walk. He’s 3-for-12 (.250) with a double, and had two walks to four strikeouts.
  • Left fielder Oswaldo Ladera went 2-for-4 with a walk. The 20-year old has only played two games in his third DSL season, going 2-for-6 (.333) with two walks to one strikeout.
  • Right fielder Angel Guzman was 2-for-4 with a walk. After four games, the 17-year old is 8-for-17, with four doubles, and has a walk with four strikeouts.
  • Starting pitcher Randry De Leon went 4.0 innings, giving up just one unearned run, allowing only one hit, one HBP, and no walks, with four strikeouts. It was the 17-year old’s first pro start.
Final Note
As you may have heard, SFGiants is going private on June 12th and June 13th as part of the protest on Reddit’s changes to 3rd Party APIs, and the subsequent behaviors of Reddit’s administrators.
Although the subreddit is going private, but will still be available to those users who are approved, I will not be participating on those days as part of the protests.
However, on June 12th and June 13th, if you’d like to follow along, I do post these Minor League Quick-Notes on my website, I prefer not to use these post to advertise my site, but in these special circumstances I figure it’s fair to share. 2023.06.10 10:48 JoshAsdvgi THE SHARPENED LEG

A Cheyenne Legend

There was a man whose leg was pointed, so that by running and jumping against trees he could stick in them.
By saying 'naiwatoutawa,' he brought himself back to the ground.
On a hot day he would stick himself against a tree for greater shade and coolness.
However, he could not do this trick more than four times.
Once while he was doing this, White-man came to him, crying, and said: "Brother, sharpen my leg!"
The man replied: "That is not very hard.
I can sharpen your leg."
White-man stood on a large log, and the other, with an axe, sharpened his leg, telling him to hold still bravely.
The pain caused the tears to come from his eyes.
When the man had sharpened his leg, he told him to do the trick only four times a day, and to keep count in order not to exceed this number.
White- man went down toward the river, singing.
Near the bank was a large tree; toward this he ran, then jumped and stuck in it.
Then he called himself back to the ground.
Again he jumped, this time against another tree; but now he counted one, thinking in this way to get the better of the other man.
The third time, he counted two.
The fourth time, birds and animals stood by, and he was proud to show his ability, and jumped high, and pushed his leg in up to the knee.
Then coyotes, wolves, and other animals came to see him; some of them asked how he came to know the trick, and begged him to teach it to them, so they could stick to trees at night.
He was still prouder now, and for the fifth time he ran and jumped as high as he could, and half his thigh entered the tree.
Then he counted four.
Then he called to get to the ground again.
But he stuck.
He called out all day; he tried to send the animals to the man who had taught him.
He was fast in the tree for many days, until he starved to death.

2023.06.10 10:47 frostythesohyonhater What is your favourite hasbara arguments so I can add it to my list? Most popular zionism arguments debunked.

If it got enough attention I am making part 2
A guy on this subreddit influenced the post, I don't remember his u/.
1) The Jews needed a homeland because of the holocaust and what came before
Holocaust was 1933-1945
Balfour Declaration was in 1917
Arabs didn't mind the refugees escaping their persecution until they started claiming their land.
Jews have no right to establish a "homeland" on a land that is already inhibited by mostly non Jewish population and displace these people who are nonconsenual to israel existence just so they can feel safe in a land that isn't thier's, and the only reason in them doing that is because of their ancestors who they have nothing to do with after more than 2000 years of diaspora and being fully assimilated to where they came from, you can not be a native of an area after 2000 years of not even touching the land.
Lastly keep in mind that arabs shouldn't bleed so they don't. It's not our job to sacrifice to foreigners.
2) arabs sold their lands
the lands only add up to 5-7 percent, 48 percent were still palestinian property.
i can buy a land in spain but it will still be spain territory and many other countries but no matter how much i buy it doesnt give me soverniety over it to build my own country in whatever country. palestinians who sold their land quite like the egyptian who sold land to a saudi isnt asking to be invaded or colonised by them.
3)arabs should have accepted the Partition plan and nakba was a result
i wouldnt want to give 55 percent of my land to immigrants who came in the last few decades. the partial plan was extremely biased and supported the zionist movement without the will of the natives of the area
jews only owned 7 percent of the land and the partition offered them 55 percent and most of these lands had palestinians on it with 70 percent majority in the places that were given to israelis so the nakba would have happened either way to secure a jewish state not a muslim majority one, it makes sense that they will want to fight to the entirety of their land regardless, Ben gurion admitted to expansionist ideals and said to his son before nakba "we must expell the Arabs and take their lands"
Nakba would have happened anyway.
4)arabs and Jews clashes before israel
Arabs started the clashes after balfour declaration exactly were recent immigrants jews claimed their lands and the British agreed and gave them their lands.
5)Jews lived on the land for centuries
There was a minority but saying they were more than that is Completely false
They made 3 to 5% in very late ottoman era
6)arabs also migrated to Palestine
The immigration to Palestine was very insignificant, ottomans in the last hundred years encouraged migration to Palestine as it was underpopulated, regardless of that the Jews made only 7% before they did that and after it they made 5-2%, people act like Jews were a majority before it.
A very small amount of palestinians are desendent of immigrants, A vast majority Israelis then were immigrants.
7)why didn't arabs just make Palestine in gaza
You want arabs to make the state of Palestine in a underdeveloped area that is less than 3% of what Palestine is supposed to be?
There is a similar one but with West bank and gaza, again arabs shouldn't just accept getting colonized by foreigners and accept to have less than 30% person of their historical lands and the rest being given to israel with almost none of the most important parts and all being given to israel.
A popular disgusting argument is 8
8)Why Don't arabs just build Palestine in Jordan? They are also arabs
You can't just kick a Brazilian out of his house and tell him he can go to Argentina, they are Hispanic too bro.
The last but not least the most popular argument that I find no one arguing
9)arabs expelled Jews from their lands which is why Israel is justified
The arab persecution of Jews was a result of israel creation. Not that its right but it happened after israel or balfour declaration.
Every arab country had its reason aswell.
Algeria expelled anyone with french citizenship which also included the majority of algerian Jews who helped and supported the french colonialism.
Morocco did operation yachin were they coaporated with the mossad and gave israel its Jews, alot of jews left before it to israel with the help of israel to israel to aid its military.
Tunisia never officially expelled its Jews, they also have a Jewish minister. However some left due to the growth of anti semitism.
The gulf never had that many Jews to start with, saudi arabia had some Jews at the south but a minister expelled them(a few hundreds) which angered king faisal and asked them to come back and they absolutely refused.
Yemen had jews, but after a terrorist attack on a syagonese israel mossad toke almost all Jews from there in an operation.
Most iraq Jews left in 1950-52, but people seem to throw it at the farhud(which wasn't an expulsion but racist nationalist attacks) which happened 5-7 years earlier which was caused by the Jews support to the British colonisers. Iraq also never "officially" expelled anyone. The reasons for them moving out can be associated with the rise of antisemitism to helping israel.
syria also never officially expelled anyone, most jews left to Palestine after antisemitism being on the rise before syria officially had any restrictions, all restrictions that were put later were put due to the very high immigration of Jews to Palestine to serve the Israeli military or to escape the rise in anti-Semitism or both.
For egypt It was more complex.
Then there was some terrorist attacks due to balfour declaration, and the police started monitoring them after lavon affair
Short summary that I wrote before
Most egyptians Jews left before nazi germany tried to claim seuz canal because they were scared of getting genocided. However after sometimes the Egyptians authorities egyptanized egypt nationalising egypt in 1956 and its also when they nationalised the seuz canal from foreigin investors and the British and the french and kicking out anyone who came during the British era and claims land there ,greeks and even turks who mostly didn't even have citizenship getting kicked out including around 75,000 Ashkenazi jew.
But most egyptians native Jews left before that due to nazi germany planning an attack on British egypt.
That's the quick summary and doesn't mean there was no racism against Jews, there was infact but it wasn't the main reason for egyptian Jews leaving, there was an alot bigger threat.
Though Egypt had its own community of Egyptian Jews, after the Jewish expulsion from Spain more Sephardi and Karaite Jews began to migrate to Egypt, and then their numbers increased significantly with the growth of trading prospects after the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869. As a result, Jews from many territories of the Ottoman Empire as well as Italy and Greece started to settle in the main cities of Egypt, where they thrived. The Ashkenazi community, mainly confined to Cairo's Darb al-Barabira quarter, began to arrive in the aftermath of the waves of pogroms that hit Europe in the latter part of the 19th century
During British rule, and under King Fuad I, Egypt was friendly towards its Jewish population although between 86% and 94% of Egyptian Jews did not possess Egyptian nationality whether they had been denied it or opted not to apply. Jews played important roles in the economy, and their population climbed to nearly 80,000 as Jewish refugees settled there in response to increasing persecution in Europe. Many Jewish families, such as the Qattawi family, had extensive economic relations with non-Jews.[38],%252C%2520Samaria%252C%2520and%2520Mount%2520Gerizim.&ved=2ahUKEwjNkd-Bzub-AhUcSfEDHcOcD3MQFnoECBoQBQ&usg=AOvVaw1RFT8p3JobNz_hmeYQaZkA
Lebanon never expelled its Jews, most jews left after 1967 due to the civil unrest and economical finanicial reasons.
Jordan never had that many Jews except in West bank, After the Six-Day War in 1967, Jordan lost control of the West Bank to Israel. As a result, the Jewish population in Jordan diminished significantly, as most Jews living in the West Bank either relocated to Israel or were displaced during the war. Jordan's Jewish community virtually disappeared, leaving only a few individuals

2023.06.10 10:47 Gullible_Factor_7534 Nuc 13 extreme ram slots problem

Nuc Extreme has everything I am looking for. A small / SFF form factor, 13th gen high-end CPUs, and neat thunderbolt connections. The biggest problem that is holding me back right now is Ram's two slots.
When I am building a beast like this, I would appreciate more ram. The enterprise workloads I have require 128 gb ram (4x32).
AFAIK, in the form factor intel is using (14 Liters) many SFFs can accommodate MATX boards giving a lot of room for expansion. The biggest problem I have with these boards is that they suck at Thunderbolt, which Intel on the other side does flawlessly.

2023.06.10 10:47 baliclone Should I text her

We were only really in a relationship for 3 months but I liked her a lot. She was the one who ended it very abruptly after she left my place. We were having a good time after we made up for an argument. She wanted to be friends after but she was keeping me around for sex. After I saw her going on dates I cut contact with her. After looking back she lied to me many times. She also would gaslight me as she would often say “if you don’t do this you don’t love me”She was also most likely talking too someone while we were in the relationship. I know it would be a bad choice but I miss her so much and I just want to know how she is doing.

Five games to go: advice to help me secure the Slovenian league title?
First season in, and things went really well until the winter break when we just stopped scoring. I was too hard on them (main reason for the 4-0 Conference league disaster I think) but I’ve tried to be only positive since that game.
I’ve managed to turn around the overall form slightly, and our morale is growing with XG high in the last few games (even the ones I haven’t won). Now I have five massive games to try and win the league.
What would be your advice on how to manage this? The tactic seems decent enough for most of the season, although any suggestions would be welcome! Anything I can do to maintain morale is also welcome.

Preferred length: Generally a few paragraphs (1-3) but I also understand hitting writing bumps and not being able to think of much in response to something. 2023.06.10 10:46 wt_anonymous I'm a very socially awkward person and I don't understand why

For most of my life my social life has been pretty bad. I made a couple of friends in elementary school through what was basically luck. Besides that I've never really made friends.
It's very noticeable too. People occasionally directly confront me about why I'm so quiet, even now. Some are more rude about it than others.
In high school people didn't really bully me (they did in middle school though), but people treated me a bit strangely. Some were mean, some people were nice, some people were outright weird and I don't understand why they were like that towards me (like how someone wanted me to yell at their friend and knew I could get really mad from what they had heard?). But it would take forever to go into depth on that. Ultimately though I spent most of my time by myself. I ate lunch by myself, never talked to even the people I sat right next to usually, etc.
Nobody has really mentioned it at my university. People have mentioned it at my work though, multiple people have actually. It's usually a passing comment or joke. Someone outright asked me why I was so quiet.
I've tried things to get better at socializing but I feel like I'm hardly improving if at all. It always ends up leading to me embarrassing myself.
I just want to know why I'm like this. Most people do not go through this, so why am I? I don't know what in my childhood would have caused it if anything. I've looked into things like SAD and Autism but I don't really seem to fit the bill on either of those. So why. The fuck. Am I like this?

2023.06.10 10:45 bastard-and-proud Fate/Zero is about love: an essay

I know as well as everybody else here that Fate/Zero is divisive in the community. It’s meaninglessly dark, cruel and hopeless, with no point to make other than The World Is Horrible, And All Ideals Are Pointless. Except when it’s not.
Fate/Zero is about a lot of things. It’s a Greek tragedy, which I agree with, and it’s a story about the journey being more important and valuable than the destination, which I also agree with, and it’s a story about heroism, ideals and whether it’s ever justified to take a life, which I agree with as well. But consider this: Fate/Zero is also about love. Or, to put it more broadly, Fate/Zero is about the way love and personal connections change us and shape us and turn us into different people — maybe, even better people. It’s about the way it’s foolish and hypocritical to claim to love the entirety of humanity and act in its best interests, when you don’t love any person specifically. And when you look at it that way, a lot of frequent complaints just… disappear.
Ryuunosuke and Caster, for one, are extremely divisive. People often bring them up when they want to prove Fate/Zero’s tendencies for meaningless violence. They both are horrible people, their “art” is disgusting, and they seem not to play any important part in the grand scheme of narrative, Caster being what you call a disc-one final boss, and Ryuunosuke having no stakes whatsoever in the Holy Grail War. So, does that mean they’re only here for the Urobuchi-typical shock value? No. They’re not.
The thing about Ryuunosuke and Caster is that, though they are the first master-servant pair to die, they die as happy people. Einzbern Consultation Room is a comedy series, I know, but even there it’s stated that Caster has zero regrets. Why is that? Because what matters most about this unlikeable pair is the fact that they have one of the best, most genuine master-servant bonds in the entirety of Fate franchise.
That’s pretty much the only thing that makes them sympathetic enough for the viewer to care about them even a little. They are two horrible people who absolutely adore each other. They are a perfect fit, the only master-servant pair in Fate/Zero that was determined not by the artifact used but by the similarity of their characters. Ryuunosuke is pretty much glowing with happiness and excitement whenever he’s around Caster. Caster is so inspired by Ryuunosuke’s weird take on god he changes his entire worldview. Whether it’s a good example of personal connections changing you or not is up to you to decide, but the thing is: their only redeeming feature, the only reason one can care about them, the reason why they’re absolutely content and happy as they’re dying is their bond, so pure and genuine that it contrasts everything else we know of them.
The worst people in the series, cherishing each other like no other master-servant pair in Fate/Zero and exiting the Holy Grail War with no regrets. The epitome of enjoying the journey more than the destination (which is easily explained by the fact that they have no discernible destination). Even though they’re terrible, they are capable of this one meaningful connection that changes both of them. Their purpose in the story, one of many, is to show that even people like them are capable of love and bonds and stuff like this. That’s why they are a thing.
Kayneth is another perfect example of a generally unsympathetic character who is changed and moved and motivated by love. As arrogant and selfish and cruel as he is, he loves Sola-Ui just enough to throw everything that matters in his life for the sake of her safety. Without hope, without reward. One of the reasons he is written this exact way is to make the moment of his choice hit this hard. It’s hard to believe he would forfeit everything for the sake of a single woman — but he does. Because it’s the only thing he can possibly do.
I genuinely adore the way Kiritsugu and Kayneth’s conflict is written, not only because of the fact that Kayneth is an amazing mage who only relies on magic, and Kiritsugu makes a living killing people like him, but also because of the fact that what Kayneth does here is the exact thing Kiritsugu can’t possibly do.
Kayneth throws away his goals, his chance to win the Holy Grail War and regain his abilities and his health, and sacrifices everything for the person he loves. Kiritsugu isn’t like that. Kiritsugu is all about his goals; he would never discard his beautiful wish about peace for the entire world for the sake of Irisviel, or Ilyasviel, or anyone really. In this exact moment the unlikeable Kayneth is so much better, so much stronger than Kiritsugu could ever hope to be. He is capable of making sacrifices for love, and Kiritsugu isn’t. Even if it’s fleeting, even if Kiritsugu fooled him, this mere decision is the most beautiful and meaningful thing in his entire life.
Waver is irrevocably changed and shaped by Rider’s presence in his life, inheriting his ideals and genuine love for life. His arc is pretty much a coming-of-age story, and the main trigger for his growth is Rider, the person who he would always banter with, the person who taught him his true self-worth and showed him how much there is to the world. Rider’s influence, Waver’s connection to him, his love for him are what made him more than just a boy with an inferiority complex. When Gilgamesh acknowledges him and considers him worthy of living, Waver pretty much consists of nothing but love for Rider, nothing but admiration and will to live and desire to see his will through, to live a long, meaningful life as his retainer. God, Rider’s Ionioi Hetairoi is all about personal connections: he was such a great leader his retainers followed him even in death. There’s no better, more grandiose display of loyalty, friendship and love. The reason Waver exits the Holy Grail War the happiest, having gained the most, is because his relationship with Rider is the healthiest one of all.
Kariya, the poor fool, somehow managed to make every mistake in his life. His love for Aoi is a trainwreck, hopeless and hurtful for everyone involved, but it’s not his only love. His entire reason for entering the Holy Grail War is Sakura’s well-being. He loves Sakura. You could make an argument for him trying to play the hero in order to shake off the feelings of guilt, but there’s no way his love for Sakura wasn’t genuine. He didn’t love Sakura as an extension of Aoi — he loved Sakura just because she was Sakura and she was suffering and he didn’t want her to. He ruined his entire life for that little girl alone. Yes, he failed in the end and arguably made Sakura’s life even more miserable, but he loved her enough to throw his own life away, and that was what made the Holy Grail War worth it for him.
Tokiomi is a difficult case, especially when you are an anime-only, but his love for his daughters is something that makes him a part of this argument, and the omission of his inner monologue about his feelings for both of his daughters, and his reasons for giving Sakura away is one of the grave sins of the anime adaptation. He wants nothing more than to be the perfect father for Rin, to be the father she can be proud of, and isn't it a beautiful wish to have?
God, even Kirei, at the very end of the story, makes a connection with Gilgamesh that changes him and for the most part turns him into the person he ends up being, for better or for worse. Kirei, good old I’m Empty And Incapable Of Love Kirei Kotomine — he is changed through an interpersonal connection he has during the Holy Grail War.
And Kiritsugu… Kiritsugu loves no one. Yes, there are Irisviel, Ilyasviel, Maiya — so many people who love him unconditionally — but he doesn’t love them back. Or he doesn’t love them back enough. Even as he claims to love his family, he would sacrifice it the moment it’s necessary for him to achieve his goals. He would never give up his dream for the sake of his loved ones.
He couldn’t even give up his habits — look at how fast he picks up smoking again as he enters the Holy Grail War. Kiritsugu is unable to love anyone more than he loves his idea of a peaceful world. Which turns out to be nothing more than that: an idea.
It’s hypocritical to love the humanity itself without loving anything in particular. When you love only the humanity, you love no one at all. Kiritsugu is the only person here with zero meaningful connections. He doesn’t allow himself to be changed through love, through others’ influence. That’s why he ends up the most miserable out of all the participants. He had never been changed. He had never been motivated by his love for a specific person. He had never made any sacrifices for others — only had others sacrifice themselves for him and treated it as if he had any right to take a life and call it his own sacrifice.
In the end, he gains nothing and he loses everything. Only when he finds Shirou, he finally finds the person that — in that exact situation — matters more than any of his goals. A human who means more to him than the humanity, a living child who is worth more than an abstract, meaningless idea of a perfect world.
And what is it, if not the utmost proof that the point Fate/Zero makes is also a point about love? Familial love, friendship, connection, romantic love — whatever you call that. Urobuchi’s works in general are more about love than people think. In his grimdark world, the thing that’s the most beautiful, the thing that makes living worth it, is love — love for another person, no matter what kind of love it is. I rest my case.

2023.06.10 10:45 ZThrock Artificial Intelligence and Film Production

I just want to learn from the perspectives of those who work in film and television production by asking this question:
Which roles in production (example: cinematography, costume design, etc.) do you believe will be most impacted by artificial intelligence and how?
I look at AI created video clips and many of them are laughable and nowhere near the so-called Uncanny Valley. But I believe that the time is coming when it will be able to create video that is indistinguishable from what is produced with real human crew and actors.
So I'm curious, which jobs do you think it will kill first?

Wake Up at 5 AM - Amazing Benefits of Waking Up Early
Wake Up At 5 AM - Amazing Benefits Of Waking Up Early!
Let’s be honest. For most people, waking up early in the morning isn’t easy, especially when it’s still dark. But, there is something to that “early bird gets the worm” theory! Waking up early in the morning doesn’t just mean getting more out of your day, but it can also have a positive effect on your health and overall performance. Here are ten reasons to rise early!
Number 1 - Plan Your Day Have you ever felt like you were constantly rushing to get things done all day long? Like you weren’t running your own life? It’s safe to say that we’ve all had those days… In fact, most people are reactive when it comes to managing their day. Rather than plan ahead, they tackle things as they come. When you start waking up earlier, you’ll find that you don’t have to rush anywhere, and you’ll have time to plan your day. Having the time to plan how you’re going to navigate your day allows you to prioritize your tasks and complete them in the most logical and efficient way.
Number 2 - Improve Sleep Quality Keeping your body on a sleep routine, will make it easier to go to sleep and wake up naturally at the same time every day. This is important for your body’s internal clock. When you go to bed late, and sleep in on the weekends, your body’s natural rhythm gets disrupted. If you wake up early, you are naturally sleepier in the evening. And being on a predictable routine, will help you sleep better each night and wake up feeling more rested.
Number 3 - Improve Timeliness People who wake up early are more likely to be punctual. Rushing around every morning can be tiring, while waking up early gives you more time to prepare and be timely. Whether it is showing up for work, an appointment, or a class, rising early allows you to be on time, which, in itself, has tremendous advantages.
Number 4 - Better Concentration Starting your day early improves your concentration. In addition to being able to focus on goals and tasks, getting up early means that by the time you get to work or school, you’ve had hours to properly acclimate yourself to the day. As a result, you’ll be more alert during peak hours.
Number 5 - Enhance Productivity When you wake up early and begin your day with focused, clear intentions, you are more likely to actually achieve those goals throughout the day. Think about those days when you wake up late, with your mind in a fog, and all day you feel like you’re just trying to catch up. If you begin your day with a set, purposeful plan, chances are you’ll end it that way, too.
Number 6 - More Proactive Early risers are more likely to plan long-term goals for themselves, and actually make things happen. They are also better at self-starting rather than needing constant supervision. It's an asset, particularly at work, where proactive employees are more likely to get positive performance reviews. Waking up early in the morning allows you to be proactive. This means, having a greater degree of willingness and ability to take action to change a situation to your advantage.
Number 7 - Better Health People who wake up early tend to eat breakfast, while later risers are often rushing out the door and have to grab something on the go, or they just skip the meal altogether. The problem with skipping breakfast is that it leads to poor eating habits later in the day. Rising early isn’t just linked to your actual health, but to how you feel about yourself. It may actually make you feel that you are leading a healthier life!
Number 8 - More Energy Managing your energy levels is very important, and if you exercise in the morning, you’ll have way more energy throughout the rest of the day. When you work out in the morning, you’re also more likely to stick to a routine. You get it out of the way early, and then you don’t have to worry about it. This makes complete sense, when you think about how full your afternoons can get… Morning workouts are a great way to give your body an extra boost, but it’s not just about the boost, by working out each morning, you’ll actually sleep better at night.
Number 9 - More Success Most entrepreneurs are early risers. It seems to be a common trend among most successful people. Mornings give you time to work on a side hustle, or focus your time on big goals. You’ll have more time to find success in things that are important to you. If you want to achieve more, waking up early should be the first task on your list tomorrow morning!
Number 10 - Increase Happiness Waking up earlier can affect your level of happiness. Perhaps because of all the advantages associated with rising early, you are more likely to be happy. The feeling of being in control, getting things done, being clear-minded and healthier leads to high levels of happiness. It just takes starting this one habit to have an effect in every area of your life! Some people aren’t made for waking up early, and that’s okay. It’s not a character flaw or a sign of laziness; your sleep cycles are just geared for staying up late and sleeping in. If staying up late and sleeping in works for you, great! Keep doing it. But, for most people who work a 9-5 schedule, sleeping in until 10AM just isn’t possible. If you want extra time to be productive, try making the switch to waking up a bit earlier. What do you think? Are you an early riser? If so, do you have any tips for becoming one? If you're a night owl, why do you feel that works better for you? If you could change it, would you? 2023.06.10 10:45 VanettiNero I will do a (short) breakdown of how terrible this budget is

tldr: there already exists Huge budget deficit in budget declaration (6.9 trillion deficit, record high). Government has included unrealistically high expectations of revenue (cash input), in its already deficient budget. So, when inevitably the cash flows turn out to be less than government's unrealistic expectations (upon which budget is based), the deficit will further grow.

now here are some points about how big the deficit already is (in declared budget), and how the budget deficit will likely grow if you look at it realistically:
1) The deficit which already exists in the announced budget (6.92 tril pkr, or 6.5% of GDP): Gross revenue of federal government = 12.16 tril pkr. The Federal government has to transfer 5.27 tril pkr to provinces. that will leave federal government with 6.89 tril pkr. Expenditure will be 14.46 tril pkr. (thats 6.92 tril deficit that already exists). Interest payments alone will be 7.3 tril pkr (more than federal will have even before spending on defence etc).

(remaing points on how the revenue might be even less than what government has expected)
(point 2-4 on government expectations of foreign loans are too high)
2) Government has included 2.4 bill usd loan from IMF in budget (government hasnt done much that IMF demanded for approving loan, so i dont know if we will even get it)
3) Government expects to raise 24 bill usd (including 2.4 bill from IMF) through foreign loans. guess how much we got last year? around 11 billion usd. so, government expects to get more than the double than we got last year? (are they planning to sell nukes now??)
4) further breakdown of point 3. government expects 5 bill usd from Saudia (they gave 2 bill usd last year). and 4 bill usd from china (china gave 2 bill last year). similarly, they have inlcuded other foreign loans. all these are too high to expect realistically and secondly, all of these loans are conditional and will be given to us only if we can get IMF loan (if we dont get 2.4 bill from IMF, we dont get anything from Saudia etc.)
5) Tax collection target by Government: Government has set tax collection target to 9.2 tril pkr. Last year, FBR collected about 7.2 tril pkr (government has increased pays by 30%, so naturally tax collection will increase through income tax, but i dont know if 9.2 tril pkr tax collection target can be achieved or not)

point 2-5, highlight how the government expectations of inward cash flow seem improbably high.
The deficit which alreadt exists is highest ever, and if government misses any of its targets it has set for inward cash flow, the deficit will blow out of proportion. We have to pay 7.3 tril pkr in just interest payments. and even before spending anything, federal government will have just 6.89 tril pkr (after it gives share to provinces). account the spending on defence, development etc, its terrible.

Note: I am no budget or economy person, all these figures are taken from today's dawn.
