Some calisthenics athletes program hypertrophy 2 months, 2 months strengths with some technical aspects, then to skill cycle (kind of peaking), fully specific and just technical priority and closer to attempting the full real front lever move over strength.
Most athletes do hypertrophy, and strength & skill mixed.
It will take 1-2 months for your tech and nervous system to re-align then PRs and static skills will continue to improve until you hit a plateau and need more muscle size.
If I wanted front lever and did hypertrophy for 2 months (pull ups, rows, high volume, etc) to increase muscle size, then bulked ,calorie surplus.
and then started my strength phase, and slowly cut down my weight / bodyfat switched focus to weighted pull ups for low reps high sets to use the new muscle issue and make it stronger for 2 months, then once I cut down for like 1 month or 2 during the strength phase. I can begin to start working on technical aspects like banded front levers, eccentrics, attempts, holds, etc WHILST I have my hypertrophy and strength checked.

My question is: Should we just do hypertrophy and then do strength & skill after? Then go back to hypertrophy. I was thinking strength and skill together would be more fatiguing and better to seperate times.
Or do hypertrophy, strength, and then skill?

Somebody told me that there might be a release date reveal in the Xbox games pass showcase nonsense, whatever that is. I don't really follow console news. Well I don't follow it. Anyway this person said that this event will be in 2 days from now.
I have no idea where they got the idea that paradox insensitive or colossal order will be there, I only see that Bethesda will be there and I forgot the other company's name. No mention of anything about colossal- Colossal order being there.
I keep going back to the steam page thinking it's going to magically update, but it never does. There's already leaked images, I don't care about the leaked whatever. I just want the release date.
My theory is that it's going to be on 10/1/23 because it makes the most sense, it's literally after summer and entering fall. Or rather in Fall. And if we can assume that those images were several months old then we can definitely see new information sometime next month or in August.
That's my best guess. Not in June 11th as that one guy claimed.

Das vorgestellte Video zeigt nicht, dass August mit Nicht-Zeugen Jehovas Freundschaften schließt, die oft als "schlechte Gesellschaft" bezeichnet werden (Watch Your Associations in These Last Days, Der Wachtturm, 15. August 2015; Let No One Spoil Your Useful Habits, Der Wachtturm, 1. August 1993); oder als "Umgang mit den Dummen" (Should You Insist on Your Personal Preferences?, Der Wachtturm, 15. Februar 2009). Mitglieder von Sekten wie der Peoples Temple Full Gospel Church (Jim Jones) und der Branch Davidians (David Koresh) wurden physisch und sozial von Nichtgläubigen isoliert. Der Redner erklärt, dass zu den Elementen, die "aufgelöst, in Stücke gebrochen, zersetzt" werden, "dieses System der Dinge gehört, einschließlich jeder Person, die, wie in unseren Veröffentlichungen beschrieben, unverbesserlich böse ist. Nun, das Wörterbuch sagt, dass eine unverbesserliche Person eine Person ist, die nicht reformiert, nicht korrigiert werden kann. Dies ist eine Rekrutierungstaktik, die von Sekten angewandt wird, um neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen - denken Sie daran, dass ein Kongress eine religiöse Rekrutierungsveranstaltung der Zeugen Jehovas ist.

What is your "how I started playing oboe" story? After giving @Matarruano1007 a hard time about the "marching oboe" , I thought I should share my oboe origins story. When I was in fourth grade, the orchestra faculty held a small assembly to show students all the stringed instruments they might learn. I went home and told my mother that I wanted to learn how to play the cello. "Oh, you don't want to play the cello. You can't be in marching band with a cello." So I chose the oboe. 4th graders are not entirely knowledgeable about marching band instruments, either. (Thankfully, I always had band directors who, during marching band sesson, offered alternative roles to double reed players--and often to flute players. I participated in a variety of percussive capacities--xylophone, cymbals, base drum, even jingle bells for a Christmas parade. I tossed around a fake rifle in color guard, served as drum major in high school, and--most fun-- pretended to play an assortment of instruments while filling in for missing musicians (trombone for the win.)

I'm a big fan of the waifu cups and i wanna get a steel shaker but this seasons almost over and i want one for marching band but i dont want one from a resaler.

So I’m a therapists working at a community mental health center in Washington. I work with all sorts of functional impairments from anxiety to depression to OCD to psychosis to psychopathy. And Tool is my favorite band… obviously. I started using Tools music as homework and it’s been extremely effective in helping my clients.
One of the songs I assign most is The Grudge, especially with depression and anger. A few months ago I was leading a group for depression and realized that not a single member of the group could let go of any of the blame they placed on others… like the song says, ultimate prison cell.
And oh my god, Schism has changed my entire therapy game when it comes to teaching communication. So many people just don’t know how to communicate. What people tend to do is throw accusations around because it’s easier than being vulnerable. For example “you don’t care about me you fucking selfish asshole” is so much easier than “I feel lonely and unimportant when you do/say (XYZ) and it makes me scared.” Like the song says “cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion” and this is true for any relationship from lovers to brothers to friends to colleagues to family.
Have you ever had what I call Flood moments? I was wrong; this changes everything?? If any of you read tarot, flood to me has the same energy as the tower card; the crumbling of one’s foundation. “This ground is not the rock I thought it to be” is something everyone has experienced as they grow and evolve. That realization can be a spiritual one like I have had so many of them, or a deep realization about yourself and the world around you. For example, I once had a client with harm OCD who at one point recognized their diagnosis was incorrect and it was really a case of sadism which changed everything for them. Can you imagine the strength and bravery it takes to face that truth about themselves??
While we’re on the subject of facing one’s self… Forty Six & 2, motherfuckers, Forty Six & 2. This was the first tool song I really listened to. In graduate school I was in a theories course and resonated deeply with Jungian psychology. My husband at the time told me to listen to this song and I was blown away. I don’t have a PhD in Jungianism but individuation is something I actively do in my life and advocate for my clients to do the same. It takes a lot of courage to engage in individuation (which you probably know by the term “shadow work”) and only a select few want to do it. My favorite client ever, engage in it and recognize they were a psychopath and have now integrated it into their personality in a healthy way. Most clients say fuck that out of fear, but those who dive deep have my respect.
Then we have Pushit… the abusers and manipulators anthem… if you love me you would let me stick my whole fist up your ass. Now that’s gotta be extremely painful but some people need to cause pain to feel alive and powerful. The first step in stopping the cycle of abuse is recognizing it within one’s self. And that’s what the song is about. I use it when working with people with abusive tendencies in the hopes that they would recognize themselves within it.
Those are just some of the few songs that have been the most helpful to my clients. So many therapists use music because it’s great at reflecting one’s pain back at them but what Tool does goes way beyond reflection to transmuting it into growth. It’s the only band I know of that does that.
Anyways, I’m just wondering if anyone else uses tool in therapy as a literally tool for growth and personal evolution? After all it’s called Tool for a reason.

So Iv usually been the quiet shy type, the one that tends to sit in the back of class and hope i don't get noticed. People tend to judge you before they get to actually know you so its always been kinda hard making new friends for me. I am trying to work on being less introvert and more social plus lately iv been feeling kinda lonely so I would like to find a chat buddy. Short term chat is fine but preferably id like a long term friend. I would like someone that wants to talk about both serious topics and silly topics. Also if you have anything on your mind and need to vent i dont mind listening.
So a bit about me im about 5'10 with brown eyes and long dark brown hair. I have 2 cats with plenty of pictures! Im a pretty big geek, I love comic books some of my favorites would be The walking dead, Spawn, Invincible, Batman, HellblazeConstantine, Spiderman, Old man logan to name a few. I also enjoy reading books like The expanse, ready player one, Lord of the rings. I am currently reading The witcher series. i also enjoy hiking, sleeping, going to the movies,mall,bars, concerts.

Some of my likes would be Futurama, Lord of the rings, Harry potter, Back to the future, Rick and morty, The office and parks and Rec, King of the hill, family guy, Final space, star wars, star trek, a good amount of marvel and dc shows and movies.
As for who im looking for age, ethnicity,location dont matter just be fun and nice! Of course it would be great to find someone with common interests but its not a deal breaker im willing and want to learn about new hobbies.
