Advice on reporting locum pharmacist. I’ve reported her before but company did not get back to me. [england]

2023.06.01 13:38 spanishbombs123 Advice on reporting locum pharmacist. I’ve reported her before but company did not get back to me. [england]

So I had another awful encounter with a locum pharmacist. So I (f23) used to be addicted to codeine. My usual pharmacist is absolutely amazing with me and treats me with so much respect and dignity- this locum pharmacist does not. I’ve had two run ins with her now.
First time was when I had to pick my buprenorphine up for the day. I have work at 9.30 but I get there ten mins early so I’m the first one then grab the bus quickly. It opens at 9.
My blue script at the moment is supervised meaning I have to take it in front of them in a private room and wait a couple minutes for it to dissolve a bit. This stops people from taking them out of their mouth and selling it. They do this but give me a couple of days worth to take home as well.
I was the first one in and she knew I was there. 15 mins go by and 3 people have already been served before me. She then starts making a cup of tea and asks if any of the other staff would like one.
At 20 minutes past I let the other staff members know I haven’t been served and need to get to work and she still takes an extra 10 minutes to give it to me and when she gave it to me she said ‘next time don’t come so early.’
I just walked out and didn’t say anything as It was all too stressful. I told my dad about it and he ended up going down to try and make a complaint.
She basically never said sorry and said that they’re really busy in the mornings. She didn’t give him any information to make a formal complaint.
I sent a complaint via email to the company that owns the pharmacy and didn’t hear back. I sent another email about 2 weeks later but still didn’t hear anything back so since then (about 3 months) it kinda drifted out of my mind.
Today the pharmacy was absolutely packed with about 10 people in a small space. Someone had been waiting there before me and he asked to talk to the pharmacist.
He basically had gone two places already and then to the doctors to pick up his daily diazepam which means he’s weaning off something. He explained all of this and she said ‘we don’t have the script here for you’ then walked off into her pharmacy room.
I was so annoyed. This man just needs a little care and compassion. He’s obviously very agitated as he’s in withdrawal. What she said was so rude and she didn’t even explain to him what he needed to do next to sort it.
Anyways she’s trying to take me in the private room so 10 people don’t see me taking the medication. There’s so much stigma already and a couple of times when I have done it not in the room I’ve had people call me a heroin addict and told me to go get a job etc. I hold a full time job.
Because the man was sort of in the way she decides to get the medication out in front of everyone to see and gives it to me. She doesn’t talk to me at all whilst giving it to me so I go to walk over by the chairs by the door to wait and because I was by the door she shouted in front of everyone ‘EXCUSE ME YOU NEED TO WAIT HERE FOR 10 MINUTES.’ I felt absolutely humiliated.
I have a support worker for drug dependency and she actually asked me at one point about all of this and she explained her and many other support workers hear that people on blue scripts are treated very badly- especially with locum pharmacists.
So I want to make an official complaint but I don’t want them ignoring me anymore. Is there anything I can do or say to make sure this complaint actually gets back to her? Or anyone else I can get in touch with?
Thank you

2023.06.01 13:33 WestAd2806 I really don't want to deal with my sister or her problems anymore

So, throwaway for obvious reasons. I am in my mid30s. When I was 2 my dad remarried out of the blue and by the time I was 3, I had a new baby sister, D. In total, with all the stepkids and this new baby under one roof, there were 5 of us kids & even now as adults, we still consider ourselves siblings (even though my stepmom (SM) died in '09). Growing up life sucked because SM devolved to the point of abuse towards us older kids to spoil her little princess, D . Things like D got into trouble so all of us kids got whipped because she was the youngest so we should have stopped her from doing something to get into trouble. D would do things and laugh while we rushed to try and cover it up. D also was physically violent. I can't count the number of times she pushed me off of our trampoline, tried to literally drown me in the pool, or "accidentally" hit me with baseball bats or brooms or tree limbs. I once broke several fingers because she jammed the front wheel on my bike causing me to flip end over end. Then, she tormented me while my fingers were in the little metal casts by constantly trying to grab them or slam them into cabinet doors. My SM would punish me for "tattling" on D when she would hurt me because "it was an accident." I have been diagnosed with several stress disorders including PTSD from living through this hellscape of a childhood.
My other siblings either moved out or were kicked out over the years until there was no one left but me and D. I ran away from home as a young teen to get away from this situation (my dad was determined that my mom would never be allowed to have custody of me but that is another toxic story).
D became a teen mom, dropped out of school & was arrested several times. Then, her mom died which is terrible for anyone to deal with, I admit, and she continued to spiral. Her baby died under suspicious circumstances. She had several more children in rapid succession who each were eventually taken from her by the state for various reasons but most often for drugs. She was in & out of jail. My dad bent over backward trying to get her help, paying her fines, paying her rent, letting her live in his home, etc. She would rob him and run off again. He quit trying eventually after she stole $16,000 and some quilts that my deceased grandmother had made about a year ago.
She had disappeared for some time (I hadn't actually hadn't seen her in about 4 years). My brother called me yesterday in despair. She has resurfaced living in a rusted-out trailer with no power or running water. She has been on meth so much that she is skeletal and looks easily 60y/o. She has two toddlers with her (number 6&7, I think). My other siblings have rushed to her aid for the sake of the children. (I live 14 hours away in another state.) As of last night, D is at my brother's house now with her kids. Apparently, D started crying (like she always does) & saying that she is living like that because she "doesn't have anyone" and she's all alone.
My oldest sister called me on the way to see D at my brother's house and gave me a speel about how she needs us and my "Christian duty" and how we "don't want another child to die." But, F**K that! I will happily take in D's kids because they are innocent victims in all this but I NEVER will let that evil woman back into my life. I tried right after her mom died because I felt sorry for her (you know dead mom and dead child and all that). I let her move into my home. She tried to seduce my husband and stole from me WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAYS!!! It might be wrong of me but just no, never again.

2023.06.01 13:30 Moon4u Connecting the Lore dump from 1085 with previous chapters.

In the latest chapters we saw two interesting things:
First, Cobra stated the following:

Cobra revealing Lili's message
People concluded that the flag that's references is the strawhat's flag. This likely means that the meaning of the straw hat is that it represents the sun at dawn.

Sun at dawn looks like the top part of the straw hat

Shanks talking to luffy while holding the strawhat with the sun behind (Likely explaining the meaning of the strawhat)
The "Flag" in question may be the straw hat itself.

Another part that was mentioned was Sabo joining the 'D'.

Ace jokingly giving the D initial to Sabo
What does that have to do with anything. Well... Many people have connected that the SMILE fruits were likely an attempt to recreate joyboy's fruit. However, I think that this chapter added more meaning to that theory. A thing that made little to no sense (until now) is that in order to create a SMILE fruit, a mechanism was used - its name was SAD.

Law in front of SAD
The recent chapter made it seem like the 'D' initial is something that is given, rather then something that is passed down like a family name. Since Ace gave Sabo the initial, this may mean that Sabo will play important role in the story as SAD boy, to go along with JOY boy.

This isn't all of the interesting things. Vegapunk mentioned that the devil fruits are created by people manifesting a desire for different evolutions. A while ago I posted my theory on this, which is pretty close to what Vegapunk explained. In it I theorized that Joyboy wanted to become a man made of rubber. And that eventually ended up being the Gomu-Gomu fruit. However knowing that Caesar's lab was aiming to recreate Joyboy we can make another conclusion. Luffy's dream is probably the same as the one that Joyboy had. And I am theorizing that Joyboy (and Luffy) wanted to become a Giant. His body being made of rubber is the way in which he imagined becoming a giant, but the goal wasn't rubber-body at all.
As a supporting evidence we have the big straw hat at Imu.

Imu and the big strawhat
Another evidence is the gigantification that was occurring in Caesar's lab (which otherwise is quite out-of-place thing to do).

Kids which have been 'Gigantified'
And even more supporting evidence is that Kaido was interested in Joyboy and was the solo buyer of the SMILE fruits. It makes sense that everything in Caesar's lab would be aimed towards recreating Joyboy artificially.

Hope you are having a nice day, I am going back to read Luffy's interactions with giants to see if there is anything else.
Thank you for reading

2023.06.01 13:28 TaibhseCait Fantasy bk - MC fled to previous enemy palace & ends up helping them stop invasion from his country.

Two books fantasy series.
Male main character is on the older side, there was a war between his northern side & another southern country. He was in the army but not a grunt or a general (middle type rank, maybe sergeant but not officer?)
He fled due to possibly scary mage magic being used near the end of the war? (War crimes?). Took refuge in the enemy country, as a guest (or semi retired consultant) in the palace. There is a tentative peace between the two countries. I think book 1 mostly takes place in the palace with a spy plot? & Book 2 they have proof the north is breaking the peace & invading so the MC ends up leading & training on the front lines.
Other plot is him & the (ruling?) princess falling in love too.
Read it probably pre 2015? Definitely couple years pre-covid!

2023.06.01 13:24 Dangerous_Ant_8377 Young Girls Shouldn’t Wander the Woods Alone at Night

It gets dark very early this time of year this far north.
By 4:00 PM, the sun is already set, and dusk is upon us. Definitely not the ideal conditions for a girl who looks as young as I do to be walking home alone. The route that I'd chosen from the Junior high school to the house was particularly off the beaten track and took me through several tranquil and deserted areas of town. No parent with even a shred of love in their heart for their child would allow them to make this walk at any time of year, let alone in the depths of winter.
It was just after I’d passed the cemetery and was about to turn onto the path through the woods that I became aware of his presence. At this point, he was what you would consider a safe distance behind me. I didn't want to turn around and look directly at him. Still, I could tell from the heavy footfall of his steps and the excited nature of his breathing that he was about 30 or 40 feet away. There were no other people around, and this road was a dead end with no houses on it, meaning that the chances of someone driving by were minimal. I was acutely aware that it was just him and me.
Despite many thoughts running through my mind at that moment, one above all was controlling me: 'if this situation is going to go down the way I think it will, I need to make a move right now.' I started to increase my pace, not so much that it would be immediately apparent, but enough that I would significantly increase the distance between him and me. Unless that is, he really was following me and altered his speed to keep up. Sure enough, within a couple of seconds, I sensed him breaking into a slow jog in order to catch up and close the distance between us.
'OK, Carmilla, time to make a choice: do I run or do I turn and confront this man?' I was right at the head of the woodland park at this point, so I decided to turn around.
"Hello, mister. Can I help you with something? Are you lost?"
I detected the slightest hint of surprise that I'd acted in this way. Still, he quickly regained his composure and continued his slow approach.
"Hey there, little girl. I was just out here looking for my dog. I think he went into these woods. Do you want to help me find him?" He was smiling at me now.
"What's your dog's name?" I asked.
"What?"
"Your dog's name. What is it? If I'm going to help you find him, I need to shout his name."
"Oh, erm… yeah. His name is Fred." Was he surprised by my question, or had he hesitated because he'd needed to make up a name?
"Well, I'm kind of scared of dogs. I think I'm just going to go home. Sorry I can't help you."
"Can I at least walk you home? Which way are you headed? It's dark out here and not safe for little girls like you."
He was edging ever closer to me now and had a big, creepy smile plastered across his face.
"I live just on the other side of these woods. Trust me, I can make it just fine."
"I'd still like to walk with you if that's OK. I mean, I'm sure my dog is in there somewhere." His icy blue eyes were laser-focused on mine now. It almost felt like he was trying to hypnotically control me with his gaze.
"If you really think Fido is in there, I guess you should look for him."
"Fido is a crazy old mutt," he said, "I'm sure I will find him in there."
There is no dog.
This man definitely means trouble.
Time to take action.
I turned and started running into the words. While I had a couple of seconds head start on him, the fact is that the body of a 13-year-old girl can't run as fast as a fully grown man. He caught up with me ridiculously fast, so quickly, in fact, that we were still within view of the road. The street lamp gave off enough light for us to be seen by a passerby if one were to approach.
"What did you run off for?" he asked, "I'm not going to hurt you."
"Sorry, mister, I just got scared at the thought of your dog running around in here. I got bitten by something pretty nasty when I was younger and the thought of it happening again freaks me out."
"OK, I understand. Let's keep walking, and I'll keep you safe from any stray dogs. Hey, are you hungry? I have some food I could share with you. Let's find a nice place to sit down and eat."
"What do you have?" I was kind of hungry, as it happened.
"Delicious homemade spaghetti and Bolognese sauce. Let's go a bit further into the woods, and then I'll share it with you."
He didn't have a bag with him, and there was no way he was hiding some container full of food in his pockets. This was bullshit.
"Erm, no thanks mister. My elders say I'm allergic to garlic, so I shouldn't eat Italian food."
"OK then. Let's just keep walking." His heart rate was increasing, and the adrenaline was kicking in. I could smell the excitement oozing from his pores. "Here, let me hold your hand. You will be safer that way."
He didn't wait for me to respond, grabbing my hand in his clammy grip. He was a strong one, it was apparent. There was no way a regular girl of my height and frame would be able to escape this bastard. We walked on and were soon far away from any streetlight, and any semblance of safety. Soon, things were going to take a turn very much for the worse. He clearly sensed this, too, letting go of my hand and standing in front of me to block the path.
The disingenuous smile had gone now: "OK little lady, fun time is over. Well, for you anyway. My fun is just about to begin." He withdrew a set of handcuffs from his pocket and dangled them in front of my face.
"I seriously fucking doubt that, Johnny."
This was the part that I always loved the most: the look of utter shock on these assholes' faces when I first call them by their name. I'd seen it dozens of times before, and it never grew old. Now, for the next part: he’ll be rocked back for a few seconds before trying to reassert his authority.
"Wait… what? How did you know…"
I didn't let him finish his question: "Johnny Mutton. Pedophile, rapist and child killer. We've been tracking you for a while." Damn, he looked stupid, still dangling those cuffs in front of him. "Guess what? We found you."
Just watching the cogs of a regular human's brain slowly turn was not my favorite part of this whole game, though. 'C'mon, work it out already. Then you can pretend it doesn't matter, that you’re the boss here, and we can get down to business.'
"Well, I don't give a fuck what you think you know." Oh good, the bravado had returned. It was always more fun when they still thought they had the upper hand. "I'm still going to torture you, rape you and then leave little pieces of you scattered all over this forest."
Again, with the dangling handcuffs. What was wrong with this shithead?
"Which hand should we start with? You want my left?"
The fucking shmuck had a look on his face like it was Christmas and his birthday all rolled into one. He advanced and roughly placed the handcuff around my left wrist.
"Things are going to get real ugly now, little lady." He was smirking; he genuinely believed he was still in control.
"At least we can agree on something. OK, jackass, let's get this over with."
I was going to make this quick. This piece of shit wasn't even worth toying with. I grabbed the other end of the cuffs and clasped it around his wrist; there was no way he was going to escape me now.
"What are you doing, kid? You think that's…"
I jumped up and sank my fangs deep into his neck. I would feast on him later, but for now, ripping out half of his jugular would lead to a suitably painful death. I climbed off of him and spat out the chunk of flesh onto the ground in front of him. In his shocked state, he actually bent down and tried to pick it up, as though that would fix his lethal wound. I wasn't going to allow this sick bastard even that tiny crumb of false hope, though, and dragged him away, into the middle of the clearing.
"Any last words, Johnny?"
This was a little cruel of me, what with the fact that this asshole was choking to death on his own blood. I didn't have much sympathy, though. He let out a pathetic gurgling sound, looking up at me pleadingly.
"Sorry, didn't catch that."
He was as white as a sheet now and not long for this world; time to monologue.
"You guys just don't put in the effort any more. I mean, for fuck's sake, I only got into town last night. I was obviously indisposed during the daylight hours, meaning I know you had zero time to prep this. Damn, I remember the old days when sick fucks like you would at least put in the effort. You know, a couple of weeks of following your victim, regular drive-bys, watching the home through binoculars, learning the names of friends. But you? You just spotted me and decided there and then to act on your impulses. Fucking pathetic. It didn't even occur to you how dumb it would be for a girl to be walking through the woods on her own? It took me less than two minutes to lure you in here."
His breathing was extremely labored now. He had moments left.
"OK, fair enough. Nobody expects one of our kind to look the way I do. But hey, like I said, you should've put in the legwork. Goodbye, Johnny."
And with that, I decided to feast. It always tastes better when they're still alive, even if only just.

2023.06.01 13:13 Spacecitysavage713 ( ) Bright future ahead of us don’t worry ⭐️ 🏆

As a die hard Texan fan for the past 10-12 years I think we can all agree there have been more downs than ups , but for the first time in a while we finally look like an NFL Franchise . I’m not saying we’re playoff bound by any means but don’t sit here and say we’re not winning more games than the past few seasons , this is a whole different team and front office . I don’t want to hear rebuild this rebuild that , there isn’t many holes left on this team anymore and I don’t want to hear “ I don’t think we’ll be as good as people say “ Be hopeful and happy guys , we as fans deserve to end our sundays on a happy note . I spent many many Sundays with headaches and frustration because of the incompetent decisions made on game days by the worst coaches in the nfl , and we can all agree a lot of these decisions made were things any of us as fans could make the right choice on. Sorry I had to vent my boys but we been through too much as Texans fans .

2023.06.01 13:13 Fxguy1 Getting an entry level software development job as a career changer?

TL/DR: I am looking to secure a work-from-home programmer part-time after being a pharmacist and substitute teacher. I have completed a certificate in programming and database management from Parkland College (including Web Dev, Database dev, C/C++, Python, and PHP / SQL) but have not applied nor worked in software development.

Long Story
I am currently unemployed and have had a bit of a rocky history since 2019. Prior to 2019 I was a pharmacist for 12 years and worked at only 3 companies. I took some time off then I worked as a substitute teacher (2020-2022) and a very short stint in retail pharmacy (Nov 2022-May 2023).
I was on short-term disability from Feb 2023-May 1st 2023). I was supposed to start with Walgreens part-time but have had to push it back as a result of a back injury. I have an MRI scheduled tomorrow and am looking at either a steroid spinal injection or outpatient surgery for a herniated disk. My back should be better soon and so not an issue.
Financially I need to return to work. I really do not want to start with Walgreens and would really like to get something where I can work from home part-time (or full-time if a good fit) working as a programmer.
I have a certificate in general programming and database management from the local college. I am very familiar with programming theory (algorithms, data structures, loops, functions, etc.). I have a working knowledge/passing ability with Java, Python, and C++. I have built front-end websites (so working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XHTML) and backend (PHP, SQL).
Since I haven't worked with programming daily I would need to brush up on whatever language is needed or used for the position. I am a fast learner and will pick things up quickly. So what are some things I can do to get that elusive first/entry-level job?

2023.06.01 13:13 Global_Tree_Careers A beginner’s guide to preparing for the SAT

A beginner’s guide to preparing for the SAT

Introduction

The SAT is a standardized test that can help you get into college. The test consists of three sections: critical reading, math, and writing. If you know what to expect on the SAT, you'll feel more confident when you're actually taking it!

https://preview.redd.it/zhcgg2wr3e3b1.jpg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=576cfd32a4c7929df4b347d396228c78d626bcb2

8 Simple SAT Preparation Tips:

Tip 1: Take a practice test.
Taking a practice test is one of the best ways to prepare for the SAT, and it's easy to do. In fact, you can take practice tests online or in book form--and in timed or untimed mode!
You should take at least one practice test under real test conditions before you take the real thing. Ideally, this would be an early step in your preparation so that if there are any areas where your skills are weak (or strong), they can be addressed before they become too ingrained through repetition.
Tip 2: Know your strengths and weaknesses.
Before you begin your SAT prep, it's important to know your strengths and weaknesses. This will help you focus on the areas where you need improvement and avoid wasting time studying subjects that come easily to you.
If a particular subject is difficult for you, take additional practice tests in that area; if it's easy for you, then don't spend too much time studying it!
Tip 3: Find the right study guide for you.
The first thing you should do when studying for the SAT is find the right study guide for your learning style. Before starting preparation, you have to consider the complete syllabus of SAT exam. The best way to do this is by taking a practice test and checking out what works for you. Some people prefer more visual guides, while others enjoy reading text from front to back. Some students find that they learn better by listening rather than reading or vice versa.
The best way to determine which type of study guide will work best for you is by giving them all a try! You may end up using several different types throughout your preparation process as well as some free alternatives (such as Khan Academy).
Tip 4: Set up a study schedule.
You need to be disciplined. You need to set aside time for studying and make sure you have enough time to complete all the necessary steps. It's also important that you stick with your schedule and don't get caught up in other things, like social media or TV shows. Learn some Smart Tips to Study for Long Hours, then you can crack the SAT exam easily.
Tip 5: Read widely and often.

  • Reading is an important part of school, but it's also a great way to improve your SAT score. The more you read for pleasure, the better you'll be at understanding what you read on the test. If you haven't been doing much reading outside of class lately, now is a good time to start!
Tip 6: Learn about the test format and content.

  • The SAT is a three-hour exam that consists of five sections. You'll have to answer several questions in each section, so be prepared for some serious thinking!
  • Know what to expect on the test: The critical reading section will consist of reading passages and questions about them; the math section will include multiple choice questions involving arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction), algebraic equations, geometry problems, and data analysis; the writing section contains an essay prompt followed by an essay response which must be handwritten using black ink only (no pencils or pens). The essay must also include citations from sources outside your own knowledge base that support claims made in your argumentative essay. This means you should definitely read up on how citations work before taking this portion!
  • How long does it take? Most students spend around three hours completing all sections together at once during one sitting - but remember there are breaks between each section so try not to get too stressed out when starting off slow during those first few minutes ;). You must have a minimum idea of how are SAT scores Calculated.
Tip 7: Practice writing essays, reading passages, and completing math questions.
Writing an essay is the most important part of your SAT score. You will have to answer two questions in 30 minutes, so make sure you're prepared!
The second most important thing is solving math problems correctly; this is also crucial because it's worth 50% of your total score. When practicing these skills make sure that you use real examples from past exams so that when it comes time for the real-deal day there won't be any surprises!
(Read more: Quick Tips To Increase Your Sat Score Before The Test)
Tip 8: Develop a strong command of common words and idioms.
To develop a strong command of common words and idioms, you should know the meaning of words and be able to use them in your writing. It is important to understand how each word functions in a sentence, as well as its relationship with other parts of speech. For example, an adjective describes or modifies a noun or pronoun; an adverb describes or modifies verbs, adjectives, and other adverbs; a verb expresses action or state of being; etcetera.
Conclusion
The SAT is a great way to get into college. It's important to prepare for this test, but it doesn't have to be stressful. By taking SAT coaching you can get the best tips to crack the exam. You can start by taking practice tests and learning from your mistakes before taking the real thing!

2023.06.01 13:06 JackfruitExpensive48 Im treated badly at Acc

Im on a project with only Portuguese people. The seniors treat me badly and have no patience for knowledge sharing. Sometimes I feel like I’m separated from the group on purpose or they just don’t respect me. I’m the only non Portuguese worker in the team and really working on my kindness as a manager. I dunno what to do but it’s like I’m just a not listed guy speaking in front of an audience that doesn’t give a crap. I decided I would kill them with kindness but it’s taking a tool on my mental health. One day I’ll probably just be a total beatch and own it cuz Im tired. The high end managers treat me well but the ones that do the same as I do and are longer in the project are just not nice. Maybe cuz I’m a foreigner. What should I do? I’ll keep being kind and soft and take the hits, saving proof also cuz I’m not dumb. Or it’s just a cultural thing? Where Europeans are cold and very direct at work and don’t mind much about quality and productive But kind communication. I’ve worked at the big 4 consultancies of the globe and only in Europe people behave like this, in the US and LATAM and even the Asian teams are kinder and more patience.

2023.06.01 12:58 DeSilvaVelasquez (Front-End) Planning Study Time Advice Needed - Coding Vs. Note-Taking & Flashcards + Studying Source Question

Hi all,
Would you please advise me on how much time to spend coding (building my own things or doing tutorials) vs. taking notes and making flashcards about theory through reading and watching lecture.
I want to switch careers and become a Front-End developer.
I have no more than 3 hours a day to devote to this during my working day, (6 hours tops on my off-days).
Should I divide reading/studying (writing notes and FC creating) and coding (my own ideas & tutorials) in a 50/50 manner? 20/80?
Also, I want to use Mozilla's Learn Web Dev guide for starters, then move on to the Odin Project - is that a reasonable approach to learning Front-End development?
Thanks in advance!

2023.06.01 12:53 42ismyanswer I want to jump on next level for my career, need advice

I'm an italian working as developer in the consultant reality (body-rental) for about 6 years by now. In Italy the vast majority of IT is in body rental, so usually I'm "rentend" for another company. I don't want to explain everything, but it's not a good environment to stay in.
During these years I've done both front-end and back-end, now I'd like to focus only on one stack, study to becoming better and then search a job outside of my country.
Front-end could be a choice, I've done some research, it seems saturated or I'm wrong? Better back-end? (Java Spring, also Nodejs, done also this)
Thanks in advance

2023.06.01 12:51 LessImplement9400 DAE mind go trippy when trying to fall asleep after drinking caffeine?

If I drink caffeine within maybe 2-3 hours before falling asleep, my brain goes super trippy when I try to fall asleep.
This happened last night. I see or hear things a lot more intensely than usual. For example last night I heard a really loud high pitched sound. My brain's "vision" also becomes really vivid. It almost feels like I have my eyes open & am seeing things in front of me. I also find I feel like I don't have control over what I'm seeing in my mind.
I also noticed I was seeing an acid-y like effect where it looks like things are breathing or twisting.
I really hate this as it gives me anxiety so I try to never drink caffeine at night but it just ended up happening yesterday.
