I'm on a student exchange with my university in Dublin, Ireland for 3 months and have been holding strong on not drinking (actually easier than you might think in such an alcohol-heavy place). The past 12 hours have made me even more grateful that drinking is not a part of my life anymore! My 5 friends are all big drinkers. They go out every night and are often out until 3 AM. Part of our exchange is that we're here for an internship with an Irish company or NGO, so I actually have no idea how they're managing at work when they're out as much as they are. They're also blowing a ton of money on alcohol and often complain about not having any to spare for anything when we're on non-alcohol related outings. Which brings me to what happened today. They were out until 3 AM as per usual, and they're still asleep back in our student housing now. And I'm on my way to a nature walk that was set up by our exchange program. My friends all signed up for the walk, but chose drinking instead. I'm getting to experience Ireland without the fog of drinking marring my experience or making me completely miss fun opportunities like this. I don't want to come off as judgmental or scornful here. They're still my friends, and they're genuine, good people. I wish they were coming with me and am really a bit sad that they aren't. But more than that, I'm glad drinking is not such a vital part of my life that it takes even the simple things away from me. Tá grá agam duit, and IWNDWYT!

Never really considered myself a godly player like Eso but something about GOTD gave me an itch to try to solo flawless it. After many failed attempts, stupid moth-related deaths, and a few failures due to deepsight bugging out, I entered a zen state and managed to power through this dungeon. Just feeling excited and proud and wanted to share with the community and also some tips that helped me do it because if I can do it, y'all can do it too.

- I ran arc hunter the whole way through because it was the class I felt most comfortable with. I tried bonk titan and Stronghold titan but I would miss my hammer or forget to reapply restoration when I needed it so I stuck to what I know. I was 1821 power level so that helped a bit with damage.
- I used every arc perk on the artifact. The amped up one was probably the most crucial as it allowed me to stay calm knowing I had that extra bit of DR. I was also running sparks of feedback, haste, resistance, and magnitude with a pulse grenade and combination blow.
- The first encounter was 1-2 punch shotty and Liars Handshake the whole way through. Pretty easy, just keep punching.
- Repeated runs just had me itching to get to Ecthar as soon as possible so I started sprinting past every enemy in traversal sections. When traveling down the oil rig, you are able to jump to the side and float down large sections quickly but be careful because there are like two or three death barriers placed wherever you use the fans to jump back into the oil rig.
- Ecthar was the scariest part for me because I ended up swapping between two builds for dps and I was playing on console so the slow cursor speed was terrifying. I ended up using Liars Handshake to punch through all the knights and ogre, making sure to keep combination blow stacks up at all times. I actually had a map of the underwater area up because I kept getting turned around and I would use that to triangulate me.
- After killing the wizards and depositing the tokens, I would rush to the knight and punch him and immediately Arbalest Ecthar and throw gathering storm. As soon as the animation for my super ended I would open my menu and swap to a loadout with tractor cannon and double 1-2 punch shotguns and go to town. Admittedly I wasn't the best with keeping up combination blow stacks/acolytes would die to gathering storm AOE and it ended up taking me 7 phases but it could totally be improved.
- After dps ended I would dip into the water to change my loadouts back and rinse and repeat. There were some times where I felt like I was in danger and I would dip back into the water to recover health and reorient myself so feel free to take advantage of the safe space!
- The final combat section before Simmumah was a little scary to me so I plinked away at all the ads with Polaris Lance, retreating whenever wizards would spawn or when I needed health. Ogre was an easy kill with a single gathering storm throw.
- I had tried a couple of DPS methods against Simmumah; Leviathan's Breath, Briar's, Cataclysmic but I struggled to hit those crits and was scared to loadout switch in the case of Leviathan's Breath. I ended up running one loadout with Assassin's Cowl to stay invis almost the whole encounter and ran Arbalest (to break shield), 1-2 punch shotgun, and a Red Herring with tracking and lasting impression (it was the only tracking rocket I had). I also ran triple void surge and heavy handed so I would always have armor charge up.
- I basically kept combination blow x3 up the whole encounter punching every add I saw. I would build it up to x3 and then kill the boomer knights first and from there I was always invisible when I grabbed deepsight and would bait adds by the water so I could punch them and still have combination blow active when I entered the side chambers. 1-2 punch plus combo blow kills the lightbearers before they can super and double check the symbol before you crush the ghost.
- Before depositing the last buff from the lightbearers, I would go invisible and deposit and immediately Arbalest the shield and super and then I would run around and fire rockets frantically. Double special guaranteed plenty of heavy and I kept the mindset that a good DPS phase was one where I was alive at the end. It took me 8 phases but again I was not being optimal at all.
- Final thoughts: Arbalest is so good for this dungeon. For some reason, it feels like breaking the shield quickly snaps Ecthar and Simmumah out of their super which makes them way less dangerous. Also not cool that Simmumah can pop a healing rift but idk how much health it actually recovers. Moths spawn whenever Vorlog spawns so you can either kill them or duck into the water for a bit and they will lose aggro and become shields for the Hive. This was a fun dungeon and it felt good to put everything together. Health pools feel bloated but I never felt like I was on autopilot like I did when I tried Spire.

Problem- high anxiety, sad feeling, tingling sensation over arms, legs, neck, legs, scalp, eyes and forehead and even cheeks.
Does anyone experiences a tingling sensation all over their body and mostly scalp?? I feel a tingling sensation over both my arms, legs, neck, over the eyes and all over the scalp. The tingling sensation feels like a electric current running over the scalp and forehead and leg while doing any activity like speaking, reading, writing, sitting when somebody comes before me and in other social situations. At other times the tingling sensation becomes a heavy fog highly irritating over the scalp. The whole sensation is highly irritating and unpleasurable and unavoidable how much I try. I am having this tingling sensation and anxiety from past 8 years but due to ect(currently undergoing) and other medications(more than a dozen) the sensation index has improved by 65% to much relief but still there is a vast scope of 35% improvement. Currently I am on lamotrigine, desvenlafaxine, fluoxetine and maintenance ect(12 sessions completed, 13th coming). Has anybody or anyone in their acquaintance had similar tingling sensation spread all over the body(mostly where nerves are visible) or I am alone in this world suffering such weird tingling sensation. My nerves all over the body are hyper-responsive to my thoughts and constantly firing is how I perceive my problem. I have asked doctor for rtms but they say that is the last option and also not available at the treatment centre. I also perceive that anti convulsants like pregabalin and gabapentin can help reduce the tingling sensation over the scalp but I don't really know. I feel helpless always. But I have not lost hope. I am fighting, I practice mindfulness and constantly engage myself and I have faith in god. This is my present condition. We have an EcoFlow Delta Pro installed in our camper van, and today we discovered that the Bluetooth connection is completely unsecured. Anyone can connect to the EcoFlow and modify the settings or, even worse, turn it off. Considering the high cost of the EcoFlow and the importance of security nowadays, one would expect better protection.
Does anyone know if there is a firmware update available for the EcoFlow Delta Pro that fixes this issue?

When I was 20 I had my first seizure randomly. We didn't know why. And for 6 years now doctors have done nothing but lead us around, doing nothing but finding new ways to charge us with absolutely no results. after my first seizure everything started going down hill fast. And my life is still in a free fall. I got fired from my Job because of my epilepsy (They found a way around the ADA with how they implemented the way they logged my absences), The girl I was in a relationship with for what was 3 years and we had planned to move in together, Literally had a security deposit for the place paid, when she dumped me she told me that she "Couldn't handle my condition and my Issues."
I just recently got a new job and things got a little bit better. My seizures went from Multiple a week to a couple a month. But of course this condition which at this point feels like a curse, came back, and my seizures are even more frequent now. I am going to lose this Job just like the last one if this keeps up.
I just can't do it anymore. And people may say "You can get through this" or that things will get better I just have to push through it. I have heard it so many times. But none of the people telling me understand. I was a 20 year old Adult who had a life, a Job, a person I cared for more than anyone else in the world. Now I have nothing. I cant even drive and had to move back home.
I can't do it anymore, and honestly I don't want to do it anymore. I would rather just be gone. Not just because of the past, but because of this I can't have a future. Every time I start to think that I can, and things start being okay, Things get 100 times worse.
I hate complaining, and showing/telling people how I feel because people always just say cheer up, and other crap. But because of the medication they put me on, my body can't function without it. If I'm off my Keppra 3000mg a day i get a migraine so bad it nearly kills me (yes literally not exaggerating I almost stroke out), But the Meds make it where i can't think. I'm left in a dark fog all the time unable to think clearly.
The Condition, the meds and the uncaring doctors have made Living my life and having a future unattainable, and most likely impossible. I'm stuck in this cycle of absolute hell. I just recently got a new job and things got a little bit better. My seizures went from Multiple a week to a couple a month. But of course this condition which at this point feels like a curse, came back, and my seizures are even more frequent now. I am going to lose this Job just like the last one if this keeps up.
I just can't do it anymore. And people may say "You can get through this" or that things will get better I just have to push through it. I have heard it so many times. But none of the people telling me understand. I was a 20 year old Adult who had a life, a Job, a person I cared for more than anyone else in the world. Now I have nothing. I cant even drive and had to move back home.
I can't do it anymore, and honestly I don't want to do it anymore. I would rather just be gone. Not just because of the past, but because of this I can't have a future. Every time I start to think that I can, and things start being okay, Things get 100 times worse.
I hate complaining, and showing/telling people how I feel because people always just say cheer up, and other crap. But because of the medication they put me on, my body can't function without it. If I'm off my Keppra 3000mg a day i get a migraine so bad it nearly kills me (yes literally not exaggerating I almost stroke out), But the Meds make it where i can't think. I'm left in a dark fog all the time unable to think clearly.
The Condition, the meds and the uncaring doctors have made Living my life and having a future unattainable, and most likely impossible. I'm stuck in this cycle of absolute hell. And I want an Out... a way to just get out of it and disappear. But I cant do that to my family, so all I can do is to rant online.
