12 volt ride on toys clearance

When does this get easier? I feel like I’m going insane.

2023.06.09 23:56 latenighttalking29 When does this get easier? I feel like I’m going insane.

I’m 4 weeks post-breakup with my husband of 5 years (together for 12 years). About 4 weeks ago I was contacted by the girl he was apparently sleeping with, and I called it a day and walked away. He cheated 3 years ago and I reluctantly forgave, and I thought we were working past it but obviously not.
He’s now moved out of our jointly owned home into rented accommodation. The divorce has been applied for and our home is on the market. I feel like this last 4 weeks have been a blur of emotions, meetings, phone calls, advice etc.
I had my 30th birthday last weekend and as I type this I’m supposed to be enjoying the last night of a citybreak that should have been shared with him, but instead my mum came with me as it was all paid for.
It’s suddenly all becoming real that I’m now single for the first time in my adult life and it’s absolutely destroying me. This is not how I expected my life to be turning 30. This was someone I thought would be my forever, but instead I’m sad and have been taken for a complete ride. And yet despite this I cannot stop thinking about him, what he’s doing, who he’s talking to, whether he’s moving on quickly (I suspect he is). The thought of being with someone else is making me physically sick. Having to start a new chapter on my own is filling me with so much dread. When do these emotions simmer down? At the minute I feel like the reality of my situation is hitting me like a train, and is harder that the first few weeks when everything was just numb. I don’t know what to do. I know I have made the right decision, I know I have because someone who truly loved me wouldn’t betray me not just once but twice, but Christ it’s a fucking hard decision to live with. At this moment I feel like I’ll never be happy. I’m just a shell of my former self

Her doc switched her to concerta XR 18mg that she started yesterday morning. She took her first dose at 7:30am and we went to Disneyland for the day so I can’t tell if the meds helped her or not. We walked a ton all day. We got home around 11:30pm and she didn’t sleep on the car ride. I was absolutely exhausted but she was wide awake and said she wasn’t sleepy. I gave her a 1mg of melatonin which usually knocks her out but she couldn’t fall asleep. I got her to bed around 12:45am, then I woke up at 2am hearing the tv and she told me she couldn’t sleep and wasn’t tired. I had her lay next to me and she couldn’t stop her mind. She was thinking about death, not wanting me to die, not wanting to become a ghost for eternity, and what if she can’t find me, she was super sad. I gave her a second melatonin and I fell asleep, I believe she fell asleep a bit later, she was sound asleep at 6:30am and I let her sleep so she missed school which wasn’t the plan. She then woke up around 9am and I just got home from work at 2:30pm and she’s a little hyper, her usual. She didn’t take any of the meds today.
So I’m a little worried about her insomnia and anxiety last night. I will message her doctor but I’m wondering if anyone could share their experiences with concerta and if this had happened to anyone else?

2023.06.09 23:32 FlufferNutterToast Need some help please

So I bought a 2001 R6 and have been going through the whole bike and let me tell you someone really cobbled everything instead of fixing stuff correctly. I went for a ride the other day and the bike completely died I determined it was a statorectifier issue so I replaced both. Now the issue I’m having is I can’t get the amps over like 12.3-12.6 so I’m assuming it may be a bad ground? So my question is can I run the ground wire from the rectifier directly to the frame instead of through the harness or should I run it directly to the negative terminal on the battery and see if that fixes it low voltage any and all help would be so appreciated. I’m too deep into this bike to give up at this point but I can’t keep dropping money into a 22yo bike either. Thank you in advance!

2023.06.09 23:27 Ayabee1 I will never forget

I will never forget when I was 6, and tried to kms by drinking soap, and you caught me and brought me in front of the whole family so they could all laugh at me.
I will never forget when I was 8, and your nephew assaulted me daily for weeks.
I will never forget when I was 11, and you took me out of school with no explanation, leaving me to be lonely for the many years after.
I will never forget when I was 12, and you told me to my face that you wish you never had me. Why? Because I helped my cousin get their toy which they couldn't get themselves. I will never forget when I was beaten up just for wearing a watch.
I will never forget when I was 13, and you hit me with tongs, all because I forgot to pack a water bottle.
I will never forget when I was 15, and I told you I needed mental help or I would die. And you acted all surprised on the call and then didn't bat an eyelid afterwards.
I will never forget a few months ago, when I was completely paralysed by a seizure. And a pedo you approved to clean the house used the opportunity to touch me uncomfortably.
But apparently you forgot all of that, and I'm tired of thinking you love me. You sent me into a spiralling depression before I turned fucking 6. And now in my state of mental instability, you force me to attend a high standard educational program.
And I will succeed, because unfortunately the pain didn't stop me from being an efficient tool.
When I was 10, you introduced me to the Internet. I immediately developed unhealthy relationships, got abandoned frequently, let myself be groomed by several people thinking it was love, and then getting abandoned even more when I was no longer a good sex toy.
And now I've finally found a good friend, and I am absolutely petrified that I will fuck this friendship somehow.
You hurt me, and I will never forget..

2023.06.09 23:18 jabawack My Top 12 Readings of 2023!

Alright, folks! I started reading and collecting graphic novels almost exactly six months ago, and this is the list of my favorites so far!

  1. **Monstress**: Sana Takeda's art and Marjorie Liu's storytelling are just stunning, offering us a scary, dark fantasy world with compelling characters and complex mythos. If you're into intricate world-building and appreciate amazing artwork, it's an absolute must-read. Also, the bad guys eat kids, just saying...

  1. **Saga**: Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples created a space opera like no other, a perfect blend of fantasy, sci-fi, and drama with witty dialogue. The diverse cast of characters and their engaging stories will keep you hooked. The thrill of a men hunt through the eyes of a child.

  1. **Monsters**: A spectacular tour de force by Barry Windsor-Smith that tackles human nature, horror, and the repercussions of war. It's emotionally heavy but utterly worth it, especially for the amazing art. Gut wrenching.

  1. **Ascender**: The continuation of Descender doesn't disappoint. The switch from sci-fi to fantasy is well-handled and keeps the saga fresh. Dustin Nguyen's watercolor art remains a highlight. Best robot story of the decade.

  1. **Reckless**: Brubaker and Phillips once again deliver a fantastic noir series. Reckless offers thrilling stories centered on a compelling protagonist, complete with the duo's signature, realistic art (my Reckless Series (1-5) review).

  1. **Black Science**: Remender and Scalera's pulp science fiction adventure is a wild ride. The dimension-hopping story is a rollercoaster of emotions, with dynamic, vibrant art that perfectly complements the narrative's intensity. Multiverse mind blowing.

  1. **East of West**: A brilliant blend of dystopian sci-fi and alternative history with a dose of the supernatural. Hickman's complex plot and Dragotta's distinctive art style make for an intriguing read. Couldn't put it down.

  1. **Seven to Eternity**: Remender and Opeña's epic fantasy tale is both engaging and visually stunning. The world-building, character development, and philosophical themes are top-notch. (my Seven to Eternity review). You'll question your moral compass.

  1. **Sweet Tooth**: Lemire's post-apocalyptic tale is as heartwarming as it is harrowing. The innocence of the protagonist amidst a grim world creates an emotional narrative that lingers with you long after you've finished reading. You'll shed some tears.

  1. **Something is Killing the Children**: A chilling horror story with a compelling mystery at its core. James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera have created a modern classic with a badass protagonist and terrifying monsters. Something is really killing the kids, and it's bad.

  1. **American Vampire**: Scott Snyder and Rafael Albuquerque's unique take on vampire mythology is refreshing and thrilling. The story, set across different eras of American history, offers a blend of horror, action, and drama. Best antihero story of the decade: Diabolical.

  1. **Gideon Falls**: A mind-bending horror story that masterfully weaves together multiple narratives. Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino deliver a chilling tale filled with suspense, mystery, and spectacular art. Cryptic.

Hope you enjoy the tips, happy reading, everyone!

Here are the 37 charges against Trump and what they mean
https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2023/06/09/trump-charges-classified-documents/
A court on Friday unsealed the federal indictment against Donald Trump and an aide over classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home and the men’s alleged efforts to keep the government from finding the materials. Here’s what we know about the charges against the former president, brought by special counsel Jack Smith.

How many charges does Trump face?

Trump is accused of violating seven federal laws but faces 37 separate charges. That is because each classified document he is accused of holding on to illegally is charged in a separate count, and his alleged efforts to hide classified information from federal investigators is charged in several ways. His longtime aide Walt Nauta faces six charges, all but five of which are also lodged against Trump.
https://preview.redd.it/wxs1ftf7225b1.jpg?width=901&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a4405e7c60e01a10d137234395df08971071c021

What are the charges against Trump?

Espionage Act/unauthorized retention of national defense information: Trump is charged with 31 counts of violating a part of the Espionage Act that bars willful retention of national defense information by someone not authorized to have it. Such information is defined as “any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.” Technically, that information does not have to be classified, but in practice the law is almost exclusively used to prosecute retention of classified material. In Trump’s case, prosecutors say that all but one of the 31 documents he is charged with illegally retaining were marked as classified at the “secret” or “top secret” level. The unmarked document concerned “military contingency planning,” according to the indictment.
A conviction does not require any evidence of a desire to disseminate the classified information; having it in an unauthorized location is enough. But the crime requires a “willful” mishandling of material “the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.” Charges are generally not brought without some aggravating factor making clear the retention was not accidental — such as evidence of intent to share the information, signs of disloyalty to the U.S. government, or simply the volume of documents taken.
Unlike other government employees, the president does not go through a security clearance process that includes a pledge to follow classification rules. But Trump received requests from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and subpoenas from the Justice Department indicating that the documents in question were classified and needed to be returned to the U.S. government. Prosecutors say he instead sought to hide them from federal investigators. And while the president can declassify most information, there is a process for doing so. According to the indictment, Trump twice showed classified information to others, once while saying that the document was still classified and lamenting that he no longer had the power to declassify it.
Conspiracy to obstruct justice: Trump is charged with one count of conspiring with Nauta to hide classified material from federal investigators, by lying to the FBI about what was found at Mar-a-Lago and moving boxes of documents out of a storage room before agents searched the home. Trump specifically is accused of suggesting that one of his attorneys lie to the FBI and help hide or destroy documents.
Tampering with grand jury evidence: Trump and Nauta face two counts of trying to keep evidence out of grand jurors’ hands: one count of withholding the classified documents and one of corruptly concealing them. As part of those charges, Trump is accused of trying to persuade one of his attorneys to help conceal the documents, while Nauta is accused of hiding the evidence by moving the boxes of classified documents.
Concealing evidence in a federal investigation: For the same alleged conduct of hiding the classified information at Mar-a-Lago, Trump and Nauta separately face one count of concealing evidence with the intent to obstruct an FBI investigation.
False statements: Both Trump and Nauta together face one count of scheming to making false statements for allegedly hiding from the FBI and the grand jury that the former president still had classified documents in his possession. Trump faces a separate count for causing his attorney to falsely claim in June 2022 that all classified documents in the former president’s possession had been handed over in response to a subpoena, according to the indictment. Nauta alone is accused of lying to the FBI by falsely claiming that he had nothing to do with moving any boxes.

What possible penalties does Trump face?

The maximum punishment for each count of unlawful retention of national defense information is 10 years in prison. Conspiracy to obstruct justice, tampering with grand jury evidence, and concealing evidence in a federal investigation all carry punishments of up to 20 years. Each false statement charge is punishable by up to five years in prison.
If Trump was convicted on all charges, the sentences could run consecutively, amounting to hundreds of years in prison. But federal defendants are rarely given the maximum possible punishment. He does not face any mandatory minimum sentences.
Sentences in unlawful retention cases vary widely, depending in part on how sensitive the material is, how much of it there is, how long the person held on to it and his or her cooperation with investigators. A Defense Department employee in Manila who took home a small amount of secret-level information to work on a classified thesis project served only three months behind bars. Kenneth Wayne Ford Jr., who was found guilty at trial of bringing home national defense information after leaving the National Security Agency and lying about the case, received a six-year sentence. A former NSA contractor who over two decades amassed a huge trove of highly sensitive material, including hacking tools and details of overseas operations, was sentenced to nine years in prison. A Navy sailor who took pictures of classified areas of a nuclear-powered submarine and then destroyed the evidence was sentenced to a year in prison for retention and obstruction; Trump later pardoned him.
Retired Gen. David H. Petraeus was given probation after pleading guilty to sharing classified information with his biographer. At the time, the crime of mishandling classified information — as opposed to national defense information — was a misdemeanor with a maximum punishment of a year behind bars. It became a felony during Trump’s presidency.

What other criminal charges does Trump face?

Trump is charged in New York State Court with unrelated crimes for conduct that predates his presidency. He is accused of falsifying business records to hide payments during the 2016 campaign made to an adult-film star to keep her from saying publicly that she had an affair with Trump.
Trump is also under investigation by a state prosecutor in Georgia, who is looking at his efforts to overturn President Biden’s 2020 victory in that state. Smith is also investigating Trump’s attempts to stay in office after losing the presidential election, including his pressure on officials in battleground states and fundraising off false claims of election fraud.

Has Trump responded to the charges?

The former president described himself as “an innocent man” being treated unfairly in comparison with Biden. Classified documents from the Obama administration were discovered in Biden’s Delaware home late last year by lawyers cleaning out his home office. Biden’s attorneys turned those documents over to NARA, and the president gave the Justice Department permission to search the home, as well as his beach house and think tank office. The White House has said that only “a small number” of documents from Biden’s vice-presidential tenure were found. A special counsel has been appointed to oversee that investigation.

2023.06.09 22:27 kim_jong_daillest Locator renewal 62 success!!

My wife surprised me with a trip to Turks and Caicos on 16 June for my birthday and anniversary. It had been 4 years with no vacations due to med school and law school. My passport had expired and she didn’t realize.
Date of application: 10 May 2023, marked expedited, paid for expedited return shipping. I next day aired my application. Date of travel 16 June 2023
Application received on 12 May 2023 immediately went into “in process” status.
I perused this subreddit with horror as I read stories of locator 62 delays.
June 2nd I contacted my congress person, Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois (shoutout btw).
June 6th senators office updated me with a response informing me (them) that my passport had been filed with other congressional requests.
June 7th application was updated to ‘shipped’ Check tracking number and it’s says waiting to be picked up by usps. Whatever, im riding height.
June 8th. Check again. Still waiting for USPS to pick up. Check every hour. No change.
June 9th. Check my mail for shits and gigs. Passport in hand.
June 16: Turks and Caicos.
Good luck guys. Pro tip: let your congressperson work for you.

2023.06.09 22:26 No_Law9659 Earth has gone to shit, so aliens took to taking those still alive to space in hopes of living a better life. You and your pals hear the news of the last ship leaving and decide it’s bout time.

Part 1 to this post-
“Get the fuck up.”
My head's headache made me ignore Jim at first, but a kick to the gut changed my attitude.
“Fine, fine. Coulda warned me at least.”
I heard a weird static coming from the outside of the camper van and then it came into clearance.
“...ook into a humans mind. No matter how curious you are, doing so will effectively end your life right then and there. There “intrusive thoughts” as we learned…”
I didn’t care to hear the rest, I already spoke my mind.
“Oh boy, the galactic is at it again. What is it this time?”
Webert spoke up, smokers lung piercing him like always.
“It’s mind reading. Ya know, the shit aliens can do to know if you're a stinking perv?”
“Web i’m P’ sure no alien would listen to you.”, Jim spoke back in a semi-aggressive tone.
I sat down on the lawn chair, looking into the crackling sun’s single eye for a moment then looking away to wake myself up properly. I stretch as I say,
“L~ook there’s no point arguing. We’ve had to deal with this for a while now.”
Weber spoke in annoyance “We shouldn’t have to. That dumb piece of light ruined everything.”
“You mean the flash.” I fire back.
Jim, cleaning the front hood of the van, leaned over to be more clear as he said
“That flash did ruin everything though.”
Jim leaned back to keep cleaning as I said,
“I attest to that, but the past is the past.”
“And today’s the present, so we gotta make do.”
Weber coughed then spat out saying “You would think those alien freaks could easily help us, but no~ of course not-”
A powerful smack rang the area.
Me an’ weber looked over to see a large man looming over jim…on the desert floor.
I immediately grab my pipe and bash the side of the mans arm, he tumbles back onto the ground then attempts to scurry away but weber catches him in the back with a slinged rock.
“The fuck you think your doing here, Garry? We already told ya you would be a dead man if you came back-”
“N-no, please! You don’t understand, the ship-”
“SPEAK DAMMIT.”, I stepped hard into his stomach to keep him from moving as garry putted out a sorry attempt of a gasp.
“T-the ship…is leaving…in a week…”
“...Garry what drugs did you take this morning?”
“I-I’M serious!”
“The last ship…!”
Weber put a hand across my chest whilst saying “Let him talk Shawn.”
These idiots. Garry discussed a ship a good few miles from here going to leave into space. Apparently, it’s for anyone to join long as you could get there.
I didn’t listen to much after that as I tended to Jim, who wasn’t dead (thank fuck), but he was unconscious.
Weber walked over to check, nodded, then headed back.
“Grghhh…fuck.”, Jim said in a pained tone.
“Mighty clobberin, huh?”, I returned to his awakening.
“Oh fuck off, Shaw’.”
I helped him up and we walked back to Weber, with garry gone.
“So what's the deal?”
“Apparently the ship can house a few thousand, unlike the previous.”
“Hmm, good odds. How much time?”
“In a week's worth.”
Others only lasted days and housed hundreds instead. Most were no near close but this perk’ed me up.
I nearly dropped him as I enthusiastically responded “Oh hell yeah!”
“Jim we still have some fuel right?”
Jimmy Boy adjusted to fully stand up as he began packing up stuff.
He looked back at us with a glint in his eye. “You gonna help clean up or you wanna miss this ride?”
I stared back at Weber as we both grinned.
“Hopefully some human women still exist out in space.”
“I heard those disappeared too, Shawn.”
“Ehh, a man can dream.”
As we all got into the van I sat in shotgun as weber went into the small booth wedged in the back. Jim began to start the car…but it was budging. He tried again, more budging. Jim picked up his revolver and pointed it at the front hood as he tried a 3rd time. It suddenly picked up and started.
“How does that even work?”, I respond ever always confused on jim’s sorcery.
“A threat is a threat.”
I didn’t care to respond back as I put my feet up on the dash as we began to drive. Suddenly a thought came to mind.
“Hey Weber, do you know where the ship is?”
He looked back then his face went slightly pale.
“Uh….”
…god dammit.

2023.06.09 22:26 symbalsin Surviving gave me more of an affinity for life

TW. Growing up I was never a very outdoors-y type, usually passing the time in my room with my growing stash of toys. Beanie Babies were my favorite. My parents were avid collectors and for my 7th birthday my mom generously gifted her favorite bear to me, a silly little family heirloom that meant the world to me as a child. Rarely did I ever leave the house without it. That’s why when a family member began assaulting me, I only asked his permission to hold the bear whenever it took place. Because I didn’t yet know how to use my voice, didn’t know how to set proper boundaries, my mind turned to the one source of comfort I could cling to. As small as it was, it’s a gigantic reason I survived. Because rather than blankly disassociate I focused on the bear the whole time and the calm it represented. My mom always blamed herself for not being there when it happened, but in a symbolic way she did save my life through that gift.
Flash forward about 12 years and my stuffed animal collection is still going strong haha, but it kickstarted my appreciation for my pets and nature too. I’ve felt true love from animals, the opposite of when I felt like I was just a body, being subjected to “love” the way my abuser claimed to love me back then. If there’s one silver lining I can take away from this horrific experience, it’s that it’s managed to bring me closer to my family and to my world in that way.

2023.06.09 22:01 imxunimportant [WA] My manager wants me to work new hours. I told him my availability and he said he could work with it but he hasn’t made an effort to update the schedule. What should I do?

During my initial hiring process I told him Im available for opening and closing shifts but from the hours of 10am-2pm I won’t have a ride to work during weekdays and my job is in an area where the buses don’t run. So if he wants me to open he has to schedule me earlier than 10 and if he wants me to close he has to schedule me later than 2. I usually worked weekends so this wasn’t a problem then he started scheduling me for 2pm on Mondays which I didnt mind as long as he would let my co-worker (A) know that I wouldn’t get to work till a few minutes later but he never mentioned it to (A) and (A) always leaves on time. So Ive been ubering to work every Monday. I figured I was taking one for the team.
Then a co-worker’s (B) availability changed. He showed me as he was making the new schedule and asked me if I was okay working Fridays at 12pm. I reminded him about my ride arrangement and he said he could work with it. But on the weekly schedules Im still scheduled for 12pm while my manager opens that day. So as an anxious person every friday I text to remind him I wont get to work till after 2. He’s understanding with it but I hate how on my time card it says Im late every Friday for not showing up when Im scheduled for which is 12. When In fact Ive never called out and Ive never been late. Will this possibly affect me when I find a different job?

2023.06.09 21:55 lvore23 Body Lift or Suspension Lift? Also, rack recommendations!

Hey community,
I recently acquired a Ford Maverick and I'm eager to take it off the beaten path and explore some rough terrains. However, I'm torn between two options to improve its off-road capabilities: a body lift or a suspension kit lift. I'm reaching out to this amazing community to gather insights and recommendations on what would suit my needs best. I have the XLT with the AWD Supercrew package as well just for some insight!
Here are a few things to consider:
  1. Off-Road Performance: My primary goal is to enhance the Maverick's off-road capabilities. I want to tackle trails with confidence, overcome obstacles, and improve ground clearance for better maneuverability. Which option would offer the most noticeable improvements in terms of off-road performance?
  2. Ride Quality: While I'm passionate about off-roading, I still want to maintain a comfortable ride for daily driving. Which option, between a body lift and a suspension kit lift, strikes the right balance between increased performance and a decent ride quality?
  3. Budget: As with any modification, budget plays a crucial role. I want to make a well-informed decision without breaking the bank. Considering the overall costs, including installation and any additional components required, which option would be more cost-effective?
  4. Installation and Maintenance: I have some basic mechanical skills, but I'm not an expert. Which option is more straightforward to install? Additionally, are there any specific maintenance requirements or potential drawbacks I should be aware of for either option?
I'm also looking for anyone that has a ladder rack and if they use it for camping? What type of rack? Was it personally installed or mechanic installed?
I greatly appreciate any advice, personal experiences, or insights you can provide regarding body lifts versus suspension kit lifts, and a rack for the Ford Maverick. Your guidance will help me make an informed decision and embark on some better off-road adventures.
Thank you in advance for your input!

2023.06.09 21:44 Cosmosly I found the PERFECT stock, and I’m betting everything on it.

I found the PERFECT stock, and I’m betting everything on it.
Disclaimer: this is my own stupid thinking, not investment advice. Ask your wife’s boyfriend if this is right for you.

Summary

Feel like you missed out on winners, or were too scared to put in your Doordash check? $SOFI is literally the next big thing. Bears/bulls, value/growth, regards/chads- it fits every DD. I’m so sure I maxed out my entire life savings. Considering a line of credit on my mom’s house and a margin loan next.
PROOF w/ my brokerage, 401k, Roth, and Robinhood options
Brokerage and 401k (in the process of converting the stock losers)
Roth
Robinhood options

This is NOT some SPAC bagholder trying to boost the stock price, nor is it a 0DTE cokehead move. This is a rational thesis for (I believe) a smart equity play. Did I see it go up a few cents, cream my pants, and think I’m the next Buffett writing this post? Maybe. In my opinion this is a 100% small penis 4-bagger and I’m sharing it like Moses with acid tabs.
Here’s the 4-point DD for you with ADHD:
  • It’s Robinhood, but actually good for you
  • The company is in great shape
  • Permabears and bulls have reasons to love it
  • The brand is (let me explain) the next JPMorgan Chase

Thesis

Product
  • SoFi is actually a great product. Is it the BEST? Fuck no. But it’s like the goldilocks/Anna Kendrick of all apps. The Friday night reliable.
  • The company is going for this generation’s next big bank. It is a high-interest, chartered (4.3% APY) and offers everything you need under the sun.
  • The whole company’s theme is: “Get your money right.” They want to be the one-stop shop for all your MONEY needs and they do it with a bank teller smile.
  • SoFi will be your ride or DIE. Student loan refi, your job’s direct deposit, a loan for that cock ring, a credit card for that solo trip to Thailand, a HELOC for that YOLO stock play. It goes on and on.
  • They have consumers in mind, and not in a fake old lady See’s Candy kind of way. For example: if you lose your job and can’t pay your student debt, they will pause your payments and help you find a job. No joke. Look beyond the news and you’ll see people are over the moon about their relationship with SoFi.
  • They have a few bad spots (dogshit trading platform and ETFs that never move), but they are trying so fucking hard. I could go on and on, but it’s 5:49am (couldn’t sleep, came up with this post in a fever dream) and I have a ton more to write.
  • They also have Galileo and Technisys, which are like new PVC pipes for the financial system. I’m literally too smoothbrained to explain this, all you need to know is there is a lot of real interest from banks and companies to use these products. /sofistock has nerds who can explain this to you.
Financials
  • Okay here comes the boring stuff, so skip this if you don’t care about amateur due diligence.
  • Remember when banks used to pay good interest, then you realized they were pocketing it all? People are realizing and going to SoFi. When the bank crisis happened and everyone was moving their money out, SoFi actually GAINED deposits. The company has said they are on-track to add $2B each quarter, and management are known to low-ball their estimates. NINETY PERCENT of their customers use direct deposit for their premium membership SoFi Plus, which will only accelerate the trend. You know how hard it is to change banks with direct deposit. Sticky as shit.

  • SoFi has EIGHT fucking quarters of consecutive revenue growth, is EBITDA profitable (whatever that’s worth to you), and is projected to be GAAP profitable by Q4. I think there’s an outside chance this happens in Q3. Dig into it more if you want to Burry it https://s27.q4cdn.com/749715820/files/doc_financials/2023/q1/Q1-23-Investor-Presentation_.pdf
  • SoFi is growing WHILE student loans have been paused. Name a better miracle. They replaced it by diversifying their business in financial services (e.g. the shit I mentioned earlier) and other loans.
  • While most banks have been selling their loan books at a loss to manage higher interest rates, SoFi have been keeping theirs to maturity and getting a higher return. There is a lot of debate into this, especially around how they calculate mark to market, so again do your own DD about this.
  • By the way: “there are many reasons insiders sell a stock, but only one reason to buy.” The CEO Anthony Noto is eating pork and beans like me buying the stock like CRAZY. I mean just look at this degeneracy. He knows he has a chance to become the next billionaire bank CEO Jamie Dimon and has purchased back $13.6m dollars worth of shares (1/5 of his total comp so far lmfao).

Macro
  • Big picture time. Full disclosure, I’m a permabear. I literally have the worst outlook on things and I metaphorically killed my therapist with my doom and gloom. This country is so levered up to the tits it’s just one gentle breeze away from collapsing.
  • But you know who always gets paid? By hook and crook, the banks will get what they’re owed. If not we are all fucked and/or there will be a bailout. If everything is going to shit, banks are the least dogshit shit. Would you rather buy a stock with a tremendous amount of debt super dependent on consumer spending, or something that will make money in a depression?
  • I said this was a stock for everyone. For the permabulls, everything is fine and SoFi is growing its metrics like a rocket ship. What is there to lose? The management team has signaled good outlooks and the stock price has gone up consecutively since June 1st.
  • For value investors, this stock is still near book value. Most bank stocks are, but considering its fair value by Morningstar ($16) or PT by well-known analysts ($8-12) there are still some mArGiN oF sAfEtY
  • Growthies, this is a tech stock BABY. They are the AWS of finance! They use tech to analyze loan risk. They have AIAIAIAI in a chat bot! Upside everywhere
  • Oh and by the way, $SOFI is not correlated with its peers. Look at $LC $UPST and other fintech companies in the sector. In my mind it’s becoming the Nubank of America.
  • The Fed is expected to “skip” rate hikes next week. Long term that means APY is probably plateauing and on a downward trajectory. But if you know SoFi has done nothing but good and given you the best interest rate, why move?
Brand
  • Okay let’s start with them suing the government for pausing student loans. The CEO has addressed this multiple times: they support student loan FORGIVENESS, but when it comes to PAUSING payments for borrowers who don’t qualify, they thought the 3rd year was excessive. Yes they shit the bed bad for that, but they’ll recover.
  • Aside from the revenue, a big reason they did this is because the CEO has integrity. Like too much integrity to let this go for shareholders. Anthony Noto grew up working class, graduated from West Point, and rose through the ranks in the finance world. Imagine if Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was real and became a banking god.
  • His track record is insane. CFO for the NFL during record growth. COO for Twitter where he was putting out garbage fires. He knows how to run shit, and now he’s back in finance after SoFi booted the last CEO for being pervy.
  • One downside, he is boring as shit. He won’t talk about who’s a pedo, how Soros is evil or some other drama. He only talks about banking and banking accessories I tell you what. Bank Hill
  • Look at his Twitter Likes. https://twitter.com/anthonynoto/likes He knows something is brewing, and he gets a big payday if the stock hits $45.
  • Back to the company. At a recent fintech conference hosted by Piper Sandler, Noto announced that SoFi has a Net Promoter Score (how much people like the brand) of 80. For context, American Express has 52. The math says SoFi is literally 54% better.
  • Maybe part of the reason is because they have the naming rights to a football stadium in Los Angeles. One where little kids go to see Taylor Swift and grown ass men watch other grown ass men smack into one another. Where it’s mentioned all the time for being state of the art and environmentally friendly in the largest entertainment market. WHERE THEY WILL HOST MULTIPLE WORLD CUP GAMES AND OLYMPIC SPORTS.
  • I mentioned the SPAC bagholders. They still exist and have been pounding nonstop about the stock all the way down. There are some stonk flashbacks here that are about to explode.

BUT BUT BUT…

  • iTs pRiCeD iN – Wall Street is only getting a taste of this dildo. Once the annual shareholder meeting comes along next week and estimates come in better than expected on earnings, this next door 2 turns into a 10.
  • Student loans defaults are coming, you stupid fuck – You think the bank will let you go to Disneyland once they start asking for their money? They will garnish wages and withhold taxes on you plebs. Grow up or move to Vietnam. Or, just maybe, the stock goes up and you use the profits to pay off the ball and chain?
  • This is literally your first time posting to WSB – Yes, I’m a fucking worm lurking in the shadows. This will be the one and only thesis I put out.
  • Wedbush has a PT of $2.50, this thing is going down – Go ahead and listen to David Chiaverini, who has a success rating of 35% and has no skin in the game https://www.tipranks.com/experts/analysts/david-chiaverini Or me, who’s about to mortgage everything because he see’s asymmetric risk.
  • Why post now? – I genuinely think this will get re-rated with a soft tech valuation of $32, and we’re at the cusp of it happening.
  • What will change the price – Market realization, better than expected results coming soon, major deals announced, new product releases planned this year. Literally yesterday they announced “SoFi at Work”, a program to allow employers to help contribute to student loan payments.

In Conclusion

Take this however you want, go fuck yourself etc. If you miss the boat, DM me to sign up for a new SoFi account and get up to $275 back when you set up direct deposit.
